(3). Anglo’s drilling plans.. (back of the packet calculation) based on the previous drilling season, and a guesstimate of $150 per meter drilled, (a figure mentioned on the other board) If around 20 odd percent of the money was used for survey work ? There would be enough left for 7 to 8 Rigs working over the next two dry seasons based on a seven month season, (8) hopefully the use of tracked Rigs will allow an earlier start. (9) Zeus (4th Feb) Zeus currently have a fair value of (5.8 p pre-discovery) Since then copper prices have increased significantly. |
What to expect within the next month or two:
1. The three outstanding assays from last year’s drilling campaign in Zambia 2. Six outstanding assays from the Virgo licenses in Botswana. 3. Anglo’s drilling plans for a massive campaign on our Zambian licenses, following a late start last year, with underspend being carried over into 2025. 4. One or more additional licenses to be incorporated into the JV (my money’s on TYM’s Mupala license being the lead contender). 5. £850k in damages from the litigation with Mushinge. 6. A decision on the two remaining large scale mining license applications, the Handa LML having already been granted. 7. The possibility of JV deal on the Virgo licenses in Botswana to scale up drilling there.
Anything else? |
Small upward trend in March. Better than the opposite while we await the now expected good news. |
In the medium term yes. It’s just the most obvious short term target. |
You've set a low bar there. |
6.23 m bought today. Easy to see 2.2p coming into view in the near term imo. |
Yep Skip. Strong buying and nice bit of blue :-) |
Could be one of the massive hedge funds in New York.....but probably not ROFLMFAO |
Circa 3.6m now. |
Circa two million shares traded Institutions don't buy chicken feed especially ones with a 20 mill cap kiddo all Imho of course! You're always a bit too early wee laddie talking of resource estimates and instis ROFLMFAO |
The increased volume started on Friday, so maybe institutional buyers are finally stepping in, and why not with assays expected shortly and a massive drilling campaign about to kick off? |
Good to see such healthy volume early doors with the two most recent buys paying a premium over the ask. Long may it continue. |
Putin and rocket might not be the best analogy |
Sometimes the past is a good guide to the future.. Every time in the last 15 years when Aim has fallen to similar levels, it has gone on to recover. When Putin excepts a ceasefire.. Aim itself could rocket. |
The past is not necessarily a good guide to the future. If the experiences of Greatland Gold and Kiwara are anything to go by the stock will take off like a rocket when the assays start coming in thick and fast, and that’s why I’m convinced that Nick will take his bonus in stock rather than cash. |
Nick is the board. And he is essentially trousering the Anglo annual payment. He also only ever takes his payment in cold hard cash. Only surprise was when he filled his ISA at 1.8 |
Where do you perform your stand-up mate? How much is a ticket ROFLMFAO |
That’s up to the board to determine and if I was NVS I’d want any bonus to be paid in stock rather than cash, given what’s likely to happen when the assays start rolling in. |
You obviously have not looked at his remuneration or bonus. The same bonus is due again this year. |
Under the Joint venture agreement, over the next 26 months Arcm will receive 67% of $10 million dollars in staged payments, so $6.7 million dollars.. or at today’s exchange rate over £5.1 million pounds. Additionally if the warrants came in to play as well there could be several million pounds more, that would be achievable without even reaching Zeus estimate of pre-discovery fair value. Expenditure for Zambia is around $21 million dollars over the approaching and following dry season.. at no cost to Arc Minerals. |
Hardly - there's a business to run, staff to pay, travel to occur, legal fees to pay, premises to function etc.. |
The cash position is entirely down to how much NvS decides to pay himself. Taking his salary and/or bonus in shares would alleviate some pressure imo as he's due another half mil plus this year. |
Cold hard reality doesn't go down well here m8 |
They had $2.4m on 30 June 2024 and have since received £1m from Anglo.
Not sure what the cash burn is but good for another 9 months isn't exactly "very strong". |
What is very strong in £ or $ kiddo, and what is the planned expenditure on Botswana? |
