You clearly missed this from the 22/09/21 RNS:
“ This represents the most significant copper sulphide discovery since the Company's various drilling campaigns started.
Similarly, at Fwiji, the fourth hole out of a four-hole programme testing a coincident soil and magnetic linear anomaly, 2.5km southwest of last year's drilling, has intersected copper sulphide mineralised quartz veins and associated alteration zones.” |
There's no such thing as a tier one oxide blanket you pleb. Are you saying a few mid oxide hits with no cross sections attached are better than over 40 million tonnes of ORE RESERVES at 0.7 %?I'm pretty sure you don't know the difference (despite your geology qualification) between resources & reserves so here's a piece from www.mmg.com, my ever so wee laddie:Mineral Resources can be defined as the concentration of material of economic interest in or on the earth's crust, whereas Ore Reserves are the parts of a Mineral Resource that can at present be economically mined. |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Poor old Bukowski, no-one’s talking to him on his beloved ARS board so he comes over here looking for solace. Over there he’s bragging about ARS’s historic assays so let’s delve into what Arc has discovered prior to the conclusion of the JV with Anglo American.
From the 2nd July 2019 RNS we had the following at Cheyeza:

Arc Minerals Limited, the Zambian focussed copper exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the receipt of further near surface, high-grade copper assays from its maiden diamond drill exploration programme at the Cheyeza East target in Zambia. Highlights: -- Further high-grade shallow copper intersections -- CHDDE025 intersected 1.27% Cu over 32.50m from 23.50m o Includes 2.05% Cu over 17.50m from 38.50m, or o 2.79% Cu over 10.50m from 44.50m -- CHDDE023 intersected 0.95% Cu over 17m from 22m o Includes 1.60% Cu over 5m from 30m -- High-grade core to the mineralised zone now established Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of Arc stated: "I am very pleased to announce another set of excellent, shallow high-grade copper assays from the Cheyeza East target area; these are of a similar tenor to some of the previous high-grade mineralisation intersected. These results confirm the very exciting mineralisation we are encountering at Cheyeza East and a high-grade core to the mineralisation and are some of our best results so far. These results have also been accompanied by pleasing shallow intersections and in line with average grades of some of the major operating mines nearby. I look forward to further updates soon." An investor update conference call to discuss these results and the drilling campaign thus far will be held on Tuesday 17 September 12:00pm UK time (details below) Drilling Results The table below sets out the results of the holes for which assays have been received by Zamsort from SGS Inspection Service Ltd in Kalulushi, Zambia. It is becoming clear that we are sitting on a potentially significant economic prospect - and one that seems to be expanding. A number of holes such as 27, 28 and 45 are to the northwest and southwest of the high grade zone already identified and bodes well for delineating a significant resource. We have commenced a study to supply the Kalaba plant with material from Cheyeza East which is very exciting. To date over 75% of holes drilled at Cheyeza have shown mineralisation. In the meantime, we have commenced drilling at the Muswema and West Lunga target areas which we will report back on once we receive assays." Major Exploration Development at Cheyeza East Arc Minerals Limited, the Zambian focussed copper exploration and development company, is pleased to announce additional near surface, high grade copper assays from its maiden diamond drill exploration programme at the Cheyeza East target in Zambia. Highlights: -- CHDDE060 intersected 1.47% Cu over 39m from 13m o Includes 2.25% Cu over 10m from 41m -- CHDDE057 intersected 1.78% Cu over 21.50m from 29m o Includes 2.84% Cu over 11m from 34m -- CHDDE059 intersected 0.76% Cu over 24m from 15m o Includes 1.70% Cu over 7.50m from 23m Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of Arc stated: "These are excellent results - some of the best to date. The intercepts, which are on the south eastern edge of the original high grade zone, extend further than we originally thought and is still open to the north west and south east. As a result of these very strong results we will be re-evaluating our options in regard to the drill programme at Cheyeza to assess how extensive this could be. These recent results are eliciting further interest from 3(rd) parties and discussions are ongoing. I look forward to updating shareholders on further developments." From the 8th January 2020:
Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of Arc stated: "These are another set of excellent drilling results - this 68.75m copper intersection is the widest interval of continuous copper mineralisation ever intersected at Cheyeza East. This set of drill results also reports a significant number of high-grade intercepts of over 1%. Given the commencement of the rainy season the current drilling programme has come to an end and will be restarted shortly after the wet season ends. In the meantime, work has commenced on the exploration strategy for the year ahead as well as options for processing the near surface higher grade material as previously outlined. Results for further assays are also awaited including those for additional targets and we look forward to releasing these in the near term." From the 22nd September 2021:
Drilling Intersects Massive Copper Sulphide Mineralisation Arc is pleased to confirm that its diamond drilling programme on its majority-controlled licenses in north-western Zambia has intersected massive sulphide copper mineralisation at Cheyeza East. The first hole which is currently being drilled, approximately 500 metres to the northwest of the previous oxide drilling campaign, has intersected massive and disseminated copper sulphide mineralisation, confirmed by both visual observations of the core and X-Ray Fluorescence ('XRF') analyses. Images can be viewed in a PDF of this announcement by following this link: . Drilling is ongoing and will be accelerated with further holes planned in that target area. This represents the most significant copper sulphide discovery since the Company's various drilling campaigns started. Similarly, at Fwiji, the fourth hole out of a four-hole programme testing a coincident soil and magnetic linear anomaly, 2.5km southwest of last year's drilling, has intersected copper sulphide mineralised quartz veins and associated alteration zones. The diamond drill holes are currently being processed and will be sent off for assaying imminently once the core has been logged and processed.“
Attention then turned to other locations at Fwiji and Muswema, but presumably what has been outlined above was enough to secure a large scale mining license, and was what encouraged Anglo to conclude the best deal ever negotiated by a small exploration company.
Now stick that in your pipe and smoke it Bukowski 😁 |
Aren't you all in profit? If you're bored perhaps think of red Ferraris ! |
Bit paint drying here just now. Yawn ;-/ |
Have you overtaken Bezos's net worth yet from your arcm holding kiddo? |
Of course you're in profit sunshine. Of course. |
He is also wrong about the state of my accounts. The ARCM stock I hold in my ii account is currently in profit to the tune of £4.5k. I’m slightly underwater on the 2.2million I hold in my Shard account, but expect that to be in profit by the end of this week, if not before.
Anyone who invested just after Christmas will also be sitting on a nice profit here, so well done to the newbies. |
Buck mentioned Fulmar receives likes on the LSE board.. how would he know that? He has told us many times he doesn’t post there?? so he is also a liar who is consistently wrong. |
Best ignored and let him talk to himself, let’s face it nobody else is interested in anything he says. |
Never said poor terms kiddo, that's not part of my quite frankly world class vocabulary. |
They can only keep a great company down for so long. Value will out.
GLA LTHers! |
Looks like another little bit of blue sky to start the week and continue the upward trend. Gla, especially LTH. |
Respected poster? Bukowski has the most severe case of narcissistic personality order I have ever come across. Even the other trolls who used to plague this board didn’t tick up his posts.
Meanwhile we have some strong buying this afternoon and even King Canute (who was also in love with himself) couldn’t stop a rising tide. |
Bukowski’s opinions.. going back in time he said any joint venture if it happened would be on poor terms, so he was wrong. On the 17th of Jan, his opinion was drill results wouldn’t turn up for six months! The first arrived within three weeks, so wrong again. He also said JV drilling wouldn’t start until 2026, he was out by 16 months.. at least he’s consistent with his world class opinions being wrong. |
Speculation on telegram is Speculation on telegram kiddo. As for BKM being 'sub economic' well the last time out it was a 21% IRR and that is expected to rise, plus it's a starter project putting in infrastructure so you'll need a telescope to see the IRR on the next project...imho !! |
One man's troll is another man's respected poster, IMHO! Just because you fail to agree with my quite frankly world class opinions doesn't make me a troll !!But at least we agree on something that arc doesn't have a bean in Resource... in fact the penny in my pocket has more copper than arc has in Resource IMHO ROFLMFAO and dyor!! |
The resources have yet to be publicly declared Bukowski, but you don’t get a large scale mining license without convincing the Ministry that there is sufficient resource there to warrant one, and of course the JV has two more LML applications currently under consideration. These are just some of the share price catalysts on my list, others being the second batch of assays from last season’s drilling campaign in Zambia and further assays from the drilling campaign in Botswana.
Then there’s the speculation on Telegram that Arc might be closing in on a deal on those licenses. On the other hand your beloved ARS could well tank if the feasibility study indicates that it is sub economic. If so, I hope you will hang your ugly head in shame for your constant trolling of this board and do one. |
