Check out the link above, Kestrel seem to take around 10% stakes in companies they invest in.

Maybe 6% is just for now.

Not sure if MMs are looking for stock but we've had a couple of ticks up since the last trade and the MMs have now gone 3v1 on L2 so could move again. Delayed trades maybe?

Could be either way, but my guess would be someone sitting just below the 3% who has now been taken out, hence the move forward. What interests me is the timing of thier upping the stake.

Not sure where they are getting them from as other than the 560k the other day volume has been quite light. Either they have found someone to sell them a batch or they crossed the 3% in the lead up to buying the 560k and it was the 560k that took them to 6%.

I'm surprised we haven't seen an RNS saying who sold the 560k, unless they were just below the notifiable level.

Bit of a frustrating stock is ANT,but i tend to feel that the last news release was indeed more of a delay than anything more sinister. Clearly somebody has been keen to pick up at these levels which isn't surprising given the low valuation.
