Have been watching this one from the sidelines for a while. If no news by the 12th then could drop quickly. Cash drain.

Be careful. This could be painful.

But good luck if positive news. There are a lot of shares in issue, so upside is limited. Think it’s a bit too risky for me.

Yes, also still a director at Aleph Fin C Ltd. Parsimony appears to be a Jersey registered company. I have a feeling it's related to why that second placing was delayed and reduced but exactly what the relation is I don't know.

1347: I don’t understand this filing. It’s in the name of Parsimony Ltd., isn’t it? This chap Richard Usher resigned his directorship of Aleph International (UK) Limited but is a Director at Aleph Commodities. He was at Mercuria for a while until ten years ago. If this filing is in respect of Aleph Commodities, it may explain where the missing £1mm. from the second placing went, what?

Experts believe that the field can produce 5mmscfd and will produce improved rates for 18 months due to its shutdown. The old average production rates before shutdown were affected by issues with the compressor on site.
