12/7/2022 12:53 | Quick glimpse of the drill pipe stack in preparation of the sidetrack .. Then in the distance the main Saltfleet site where final testing is being completed | 3put
12/7/2022 12:53 | And yet again, there's the sound of a can being kicked further down the road by an aristocratic foot. Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose... Interesting how today's RNS refers back to the previous one which stated that PROVIDED that full production started on July 1st (and of course it didn't), the Q3 hedge would be easily covered. Well, given that the Q3 hedge totals 3.375 million therms, if full production turns out to be 1.5 million therms a month, with a full production start of after July 22nd, ANGS will now NOT produce enough to cover the Q3 hedged volumes. And even if it's 1.65 million monthly (as per George's conveniently increased estimate of a couple of weeks back), unless full production starts without fail before the end of this month, again the Q3 hedged volumes will be missed. Separately, how's that "targeted" sidetrack spud date of July 21st looking? You know, the one George RNSed just a month ago? They are absolutely going to need that to meet the Q4 2022 hedge (and the Q1 and Q2 2023 hedges too). Those each total 5.25 million therms. | headinthesand
12/7/2022 12:25 | What profits will be made guys? | tidy 2
12/7/2022 12:24 | Progress is good and we expect to complete these tests and verifications before Monday 18 July 2022 at which time live gas can be introduced to the plant, if not before. First Gas Export into the grid (commercial sales) will be made under the offtake with Shell shortly thereafter. Anticipated production during Q3 comfortably exceeds the hedge amount as advised on 28 June 2022. | gasman10
12/7/2022 12:13 | Three words to focus on: 'expected'; 'shortly'; 'anticipated'. | 1347
12/7/2022 12:02 | buongiorno from sunny and hot Italy....another slap in the grey old disingenuous stale urine smelling nobodies mutton chops ....happens every single time...what another humiliation...almost like the company waits for these old duffers to post negatively and then slap them with an rns... tee hee... | sincero1

12/7/2022 11:54 | 12 July 2022 Angus Energy Plc ("Angus Energy", "Angus" or the "Company") Progress Update at Saltfleetby Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the Company, together with specialist contractors and commissioning agents are making good progress with the testing and inspection of the totality of the facilities. Whilst mechanical integrity is now complete, electrical and control circuitry continues to be tested both individually and as a whole to ensure that the SCADA control system functions in all eventualities - most particularly those emergency cases. Progress is good and we expect to complete these tests and verifications before Monday 18 July 2022 at which time live gas can be introduced to the plant, if not before. First Gas Export into the grid (commercial sales) will be made under the offtake with Shell shortly thereafter. 12/7/2022 11:53 | Better RNS - | tomboyb
12/7/2022 11:52 | Still no idea what actual flows will be unfortunately so how can they suggest the hedge is covered comfortably. This is a guess providing flows are 10 scuffs per day | tidy 2
12/7/2022 11:18 | No, but you can see various isolated valves and blank flanges where the second compressor will go. I presume the connecting sections will be installed once the unit is on site. It's highly unlikely that they haven't allowed for connection during production. | gaffer73
12/7/2022 10:24 | JTI think as gaffer says there is another gas generator to come. The second compressor package is the 4th and the 5th would be in a couple of years time when we'll pressure drop of requires a third compressor package.Gaffer there is no sign that the pipework for the 2nd compressor package is in place. | ja51oiler
12/7/2022 10:17 | JA51: why does the EA permit refer to five gas engine generators? | jtidsbadly
12/7/2022 10:13 | Don’t forget DL said interested parties want to see gas.It is possible with 50 million losses information on take over restrict news at this moment.? | weebun
12/7/2022 09:48 | To clarify, there are 2x Air compressors, 2x Diesel generators, 1x Gas generator and 1x Gas compressor skid on site. There is 1x Gas generator and 1x Gas compressor skid still to arrive on site. | gaffer73
12/7/2022 09:43 | I'm sure they'll have valves in place to allow connection. | gaffer73
12/7/2022 09:42 | Yes, AIR compressors not GAS compressors! | gaffer73
12/7/2022 09:26 | Lying troll | gasman10
12/7/2022 09:22 | JT Ok thanks. Odd that the date in their website shows the variation as 4th July 2022 rather than 23rd March 2022 when it was issued. It seems the EA are yet another useless UK Gov department that can't do their job correctly. Hardly surprising when you see the bunch of cretins running UK Gov departments. I still don't see much chance of gas acutally flowing into the National Grid by the end of July, at least not enough sold to cover the hedges, so we'll have to wait and see how they are going to address that issue. I expect a deal of some sort will be cobbled together with more equity kickbacks of some sort or another. | 1347
11/7/2022 21:35 | Youre just a 2 bit troll. Not even a good one. | gasman10
11/7/2022 21:32 | JA51: the reason I asked the question about the gas engine generators is this, from the EA permit: “Use of produced gas and commercial grade natural gas in four gas engines for gas compression and to generate electricity. Combustion of a mixture of produced gas and commercial grade natural gas in five gas engines each at 2.17 MWth. From the receipt of gas into the gas engines to the release of waste combustion gases to air at emission points A2 to A5 and A8.” It’s garbled here but it’s in the EA permit dated 4 July. 1347: EA have replied to me, but it seems to me they’d neglected to update their site and that this is the belated permission. | jtidsbadly
11/7/2022 21:25 | Oooh look another 2 Aggreko compressors | gasman10 |
