JA51: have you seen the EGM notice RNS? Seeking authority for a whole lot more shares, to be issued in order to stay within the debt covenants or to finance any further shortfall involved in completing Poundland. I think they’ve spent the sidetrack reserve!

Yanis said this morning that he’s selling his 10mm shares.

They’ll probably change it for the likes of Anguish, don’t you think? If not, this would make a good short at current prices. The hedges are purely financial contracts, I shouldn’t think they’ll be affected. Tough luck for the Interim MD if it goes ahead. If only he’d taken that $20mm and employed Halliburton.

Wolf.....What are you going for?

The Bogus RNS'S?

The Holmwood deal?

Mr Vonk's blatant lies in podcasts and interviews?

The porkies told about accidentally drilling the wrong well?

Fibbing to WSCC (Amusingly admitted by GL recently)

The Doremus connection and associated deals?

The JTP share dealing scandal?

The GL published CPR in March, and giving several false statements in interviews knowing full well that they needed £12 million from the same March?.

The Aleph deal and associated payout to Gnesis?

Or is it The Brockham debacle?

Seriously? Slagging off some Lincolnshire town is now considered by some as relevant discussion on ANGS?

“There identity”, Jonny? And those benefits are going up.

Louth is a handsome small town with a very impressive parish church. The local beauty spot, Hubbard’s Hills, is lovely. Not a tourist Mecca though, admittedly.

Wolf are you with the Anti Anguish Action Group, or is it the Peoples Front for Anguish Shareholder Justice or is it the Anguish Investors Liberation Army? Just asking for a friend...

Hello,

As we all know, im an absolute delight but im bound in all sorts of jollies so have to be quiet publicly.

I am now nearing a less quiet stage so now I invite people to pm me in putting a claim in and having a smashing time in the high court. I have so much info which has taken months of work, we are now ready to proceed. Dance in the golden shower of knowledge!

Anyone for pickles?

Wolfofthewoods: hello! I think you may end up with Mercuria as the defendant, though they’ll probably need to keep the Anguish identity for Poundland if they want to use those tax losses. Mercuria’s got deep pockets though. I’ll be happy to help build a case if you need any assistance.

JT Well the SEL ones seem to not be available as they were transferred, unless a bit of creative accounting has resulted in some or all of the losses becoming available?

Or is it just Lucan being economical with the actualité again as he was with the recent claim that 70% of revenue was unhedged without giving any volumes or price of the gas on which that assertion was made? Then there's been numerous claims made on costs and timescales that have proven to be pie in the sky haven't they?

...we’ve been pretty clear on this all along. It’s the SEL figure that came as a surprise, to me at least.

1347: yes, just over £21mm. The losses have arisen in AEWB3, haven’t they? That’s the Group’s operating company, so Anguish should be able to use them in full for offsetting against Poundland profits.
