HITS It's like these Etonians are trained to be disingenious, or maybe it's genetic, like the oaf. There were no parties, ...well ok there were but I wasn't there,... well ok I was there but I didn't know it was a party,... ok so I arranged it so I suppose I must have known it was a party but no rules were broken,... so ok some rules were broken but I didn't break them, ...oh look there's some photos, ... anyway can we move on to more important things like how I'm delivering high inflation, high interest rates, record national debt, record immigration, oh hang on, so that's not good? Can someone please turn that gaslight down....

An unexpected RNS. The future, as has been the norm here for some considerable time, it very positive. The oddities will emerge today to pour scorn and speculate negatively but they ,as always , will be proven to be only here to deceive and be derogatory. A consequence of the situation.

This makes literally no difference at all to the hedge obligations, or the loan obligations. ANGS is taking those on from SEL - in exchange for now getting all nett field revenue.

One very disingenuous comment from George which I cannot see how he could ever justify, namely:-

"In that regard we should note that over 70% of overall field revenues are unhedged."

The hedged volumes over the three years from July 1st are 52.375 million therms. The maximum monthly production forecast from ANGS, should the sidetrack be a total and utter success is 3 million monthly therms, starting from some point...

Looks to me like a very best case 50% of overall production is unhedged over the next 36 months.

An opportunity has arisen to consolidate our partners' 49% holding in the Saltfleetby asset for up to £14.052 million which represents a significant discount to the October 2021 P90 valuation of our own 51% interest at £25.4 million.  That October 2021 CPR used an average price per therm for gas of under 70 pence over the  entire life of the field whilst the Heren NBP forward price for gas is presently trading at a level which is over double that number out to 2025.  In that regard we should note that over 70% of overall field revenues are unhedged.

Ha, ha a few days earlier than I expected but there it is, total stich up, huge dilution and all because they know they can't get to first gas by June. Looks like Lucan could win the 2022 ShareCoin Sanderson Award for diluting shareholders to hell and back.

Sincero1 has your cutting post rattled the goon again? 2 filtered posts in short order from the non shareholder. I do hope so.Perhaps he will give up posting, afterall his reasons for being here are unclear , its all just negative lies and his only purpose seems to be as a laughing stock.

By the way, Jonny, it ill behoves a chap to criticise others’ punctuation while spelling the word “tetchy” “techy”. Wouldn’t you agree? Of course, by “techy” you may mean that you think I am au fait with current technology - though I don’t know how you would be able to divine this from my posts.

Jonny: very weak indeed. Still nothing on Anguish. You do realise that this is the Anguish site, I suppose?

By the way, did the other chap ever pay that fine at the Sheriffs Court or is it still outstanding? He went abroad, didn’t he, without paying it?
