And why would they be doing that if tsps are to be turned on in less than 2 weeks?

Adrian. Did you pile all of your profits from UKOG back into ANGS last week when it spiked?

OUCH...

That’s better, Jonny. Vulgar, but not obscene.

If Frazer’s departure means there’s no one left in the data room, I think we should be told. Are we due an RNS? I’m pretty sure the Interim MD said a little while ago that they’d need to issue one in the event that they were no longer talking with anyone about a sale of Anguish or its assets. Or has Mercuria told them it won’t allow an asset sale?

It's the fact that, regardless of the reason, GP Jersey evidently decided that say 1.2p of real cash per share right now was a better thing for them than hanging onto their 12.5% of the company. Again regardless of the reason, they made that decision at this (alleged) "transformational" point.

If one is to believe imminent ramptastic forecasts from the heavenly choir, that's a tad counter-intuitive, so say the least...

3put they are just desperate for angs to fail as anything else means they have wasted their lives here... it would be total humiliation...

An RNS would be helpful here to help my filter button.

It's a tad hard to spin ANGS's largest and very well-connected shareholder bailing out entirely just when the company is (allegedly) on the point of a surefire nailed-on multi-bag as any sort of positive at all.

One wonders what GP Jersey knows or suspects to have caused this total exit right at this point?

1347: there’s a lot of chat on the other side on the legal aspects of Frazer’s sale. Presumably he left his shares with a single market maker. It seems to me they’ve been hitting the market for more than a couple of days and someone should have RNS’d it. Just another thing for the Anguish case study.

Jonny: I hope you haven’t developed any of the tics that mark the condition. Please see someone about it. I’ll make allowance for it in future. Do you think it was that blow to the head that started it?

Oh dear, it's Labrum mark II is it? I note how the share price was maintained to let him out, same old, same old. Maybe he's come to the conclusion Anguish can't deliver or just happy to take a small % profit on a big holding rather than risk waiting as he would have got many of the shares at 1p or under?

Researched where the seller have been buying. They've been buying CEG TR1 along with a string of deep pockets including a billionaire. £1:57m cap 350+BOPD cash cow. Buying off the radar. DYOR guys. They sold here and bought in CEG at 18 times less market cap and x7 more production

13 May 2021:

“Frazer Lang (Executive Director, G.P. Jersey, major shareholder) comments: "I would like to congratulate the Angus Energy board on achieving this significant milestone, this debt facility allows Angus to monetise the Saltfleetby Gas Field, which is the key to unlocking significant shareholder value."

Something must have changed. What?
