A nice rise today . Is there a new offer due ? The share price continues to make the derogatory contributors suffer great discomfort.
Recent comments have been ridiculous and ill judged. One would hope they have the common sense and self worth to consider wisely before posting further.

JA They got the Warrants in the placing (the extra one after the one Frazer seems to have been exluded from - he got the same deal as the main placing, i.e. one warrant per share at 3 different exercise prices and expiry dates). It's all in the RNS announcements back in 1Q 2021.

1347: is it obligatory to issue an RNS for a “non-binding indicative proposal”. I don’t know. The rule on making your shareholding announcement by 3.30pm on the 10th working day after a formal proposal is pretty clear, though, and really Knowe and the other late filers should be reported to the Takeover Commission, the FCA and the LSE. If they’ve reported their positions to Anguish in time and Anguish has failed to issue an RNS, then Anguish should be censured, at least, surely?
