Have we gone back in time two years then, the original schedule was first gas May to August 2020 for circa £2.79 million (mid case)?

JT No disclosure from Knowe yet, nor JDA, nor Spreadex who were all over 3% on the last TR-1 they issued with no subsequent TR-1 to say they crossed below the 3% threshold (JTP also did not notify dropping below, 5%, 4%, 3% when holdings were diluted. Neither have we had a notification about when Clanwilliam sold 2,000,000 shares, or a correction of the last disclosure. Always the same with Anguish isn't it, slap dash.

So should we still be expecting Form 8,s from

Sebastian Marr, Niall Roberts, Clive Roberts, Martin Lang and Jacqueline Lang in respect of a total of 57,706,960 Angus shares therefore represent approximately 5.28 per cent. of Angus's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares) on 17 January 2022 (being the last business day immediately prior to the date of this announcement).

If they haven't already been published then? Should they not have been in by 3.30?

What has happened to JDA Consulting...AKA Nathan Adamson has he sold out?

Re the Aleph RNS, presumably Aleph Commodities took some of the the shares issued to its subsidiary Aleph Saltfleetby as one of the Lenders last summer. The fact that they’re entitled to a third of the 5 million shares to be issued to the Lenders in each the following three years implies that Aleph lent a third of the £12mm?

I've never once mentioned any offer - ok, I take that back. I thought you kept it simple by saying how much gas and how much would the offer be.

2. I've never once directly messaged you about anything at all, let alone a share. I wouldn't - I choose my company far more wisely than that - I've responded to that point.
