JA51: they’re spending their own money at Lidsey and Brockham too. They must be overspent by a good margin at Poundland already. The weather is getting much colder, though still wet and the virus is causing anxiety in Lincolnshire, including at Louth. Those multiple local contractors may be suffering staff absences already. I see the piling work is starting on the flare site - the flare for which there seems to be some question as to their having permission. Still, it seems they can install a lot of equipment without permission, it’s just starting gas production with that equipment that they need permission for, what?
