Sure 3Put, but you'd presumably also agree that those providing direly needed (and boy, was it ever direly needed in still zero revenue ANGS's case) financing to AIM micro-caps are well-versed in constructing deals of the "Heads we win, tails we still win" variety.

If they offered a 20% margin to half of aim they would have accepted. Have you seen some of the deal done? Make this deal look like a zero percent overdraft! lol, not quite but you now what I mean

I have no doubt they are Headinthesand but I doubt they would enter in to an agreement with that mindset. There would have been millions of options to them especially given the difficult climate we have just all gone through.

WhoCares, what is your issue with anyone presenting cast-iron facts, especially those evidenced by ANGS's own RNSed statements?

3put, the lenders are big, ugly and smart enough to have ensured that their risks are minimised.

Having suddenly discovered that it needed an extra £12 million to get its sole chance of revenue generation producing. ANGS was seriously over a barrel when it came to getting such financing. And it's not just about the eye-wateringly usurious direct terms it had to sign up to, which are according to ANGS:-

"..a four year amortising loan facility of up to £12million with a 12% margin over LIBOR, a 3% commitment fee payable out of the facility, a share grant of 30 million shares in Angus, issued over the life of the facility and an override of 8% on gross revenue following repayment of the facility."

...but it's also about the liens and charges on assets put up as collateral, should things go pear-shaped

3Put: if George has given regular updates on equipment deliveries, it’s going to be very late isn’t it? All we’ve had is a couple of tweets, for equipment that’s not yet been shipped.

It’s also a little jejune to place reliance on the Lenders’ confidence in the project. The terms of the lending agreements are such that it seems likely the Lenders will make money whatever happens. In fact, if gas prices stay relatively high and Anguish don’t get the gas flowing in time to meet the repayment terms in May-June, the Lenders will be quite happy to take the project - whose ownership is already in the hands of their agent, Law Debenture, against exactly such a development.

If the company produces enough gas Headinthesand then I would expect to see a very different mcap. ClottedQ, lse is ramp central so its good to have balance here

Amazing how many new investors have suddenly decided to ignore the RED FLAGS and far better managed AIM companies out there to invest their hard earned money here.

I guess the cheerleaders will all leave now, because their job is already done apparently... although I expect if they ALL leave... those enthusiastic "new" investors will all mysteriously vanish too...

Strange that - just a coincidence I expect?

CQ ;-)

12 months? That's easy.

If the company produces enough gas out of Poundland in time to a) meet the hedge and b) generate enough revenue to cover off its fixed, variable and already incurred various financing/debt-funding costs, it will do fine.

If it can't for whatever reason, it won't exist any more.

Which way this one is going to break will become more than clear well within 12 months.

Thanks

As a new investor I'm quite happy with what's been written in the last 6 months rns v what's been delivered. Getting the funding agreed for a larger amount than our mcap lets me know that the finance partner believe in the project. I've been listening to some of the proactive interviews and George said they would provide regular updates as equipment is made and delivered. So far they have done that. How do I put in a shrug gif! lol

You really are a mentally challenged halfwit.... using exclamation marks instead of question marks...dear oh dear , in your haste to be negative you embarrass yourself again ... for starters £12m financing, planning approval.... there's 2 things the company informed the market about and happened .... you complete clown...

3Put....Not difficult to scroll a few pages but here you go.

I'll give you a simple challenge. With the exception of the Balcombe 7 day well test, show me "ANYTHING" literally "ANYTHING" that they have said that has turned out the way they have informed the market!.. Even Balcome went wrong in the end....(even though they did manage to hit that time target)

Don't think you are fooling anyone by the way! Shouldn't you have named yourself 9Put to keep a little consistency?

JA,

I've just been trawling back through myself... and you're right (again):

This company has ZERO to shout about... and therefore every reason for LTH's to be highly sceptical of the very latest set of company predictions!
