Excellent news: Resumption of normal production from flotation at Gedabek and completion of the first raise of the tailings dam wall.

The plant has had a total refurb during down time plus new additions raising the throughput. Ore from stockpiles and main pit now being processed.

Positive news to round off 2024 and spearhead the growth story going into 2025 and mid tier path.

Historic Distributions to Shareholders

Anglo Asian Mining PLC ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM listed gold, copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, announces that the Company has been informed by the Financial Reporting Council of an administrative technical issue with its distributable reserves, the payment of historical dividends in the years ended 31 December 2022 and 2023 and the share buybacks undertaken in 2022. This matter has no impact on Anglo Asian's current trading, nor on the Company's dividend policy going forward.

The Company's dividends are payable out of its available distributable reserves. These are calculated by reference to the last filed annual or interim accounts. If interim accounts are used, these are required to be filed at Companies House.

At all times there were adequate reserves in the subsidiary companies of Anglo Asian to pay its dividends. However, at the specific time of annual accounts being filed, funds set aside for dividend distribution remained within the subsidiary companies and had not been transferred to the Company at the appropriate time in order to make such distributions.

The Company is currently discussing the situation with its advisers, and it plans to rectify this technical issue by holding a General Meeting to consider the necessary resolutions and, assuming these are passed, to regularise the position. This will put all potentially affected parties in the position where they were always intended to be in respect of these dividends.

Full details will be contained in a Circular and Notice of General Meeting which will be sent to shareholders as soon as practicable.

Resumption of normal production from flotation at Gedabek and completion of the first raise of the tailings dam wall

Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer focused on Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that flotation processing has now resumed normal production at Gedabek, with ore being processed from both stockpiles and freshly mined ore from the main open pit. As previously reported, the agitation leach plant was restarted in September and so all processing facilities at Gedabek are now back into full production.

The Company has now also completed the first stage of raising the wall of its existing Gedabek tailings dam. The Company announced earlier in the year that it has committed to implement the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management ("GISTM") at its operations at Gedabek. The standard strives to achieve the ultimate goal of zero harm to people and the environment with zero tolerance for human fatality.

Going back to what I said today re possible bounce in HVO/POLB/EGT tomorrow, not from what I heard at the interview tonight. Cathal Freil has learned the art of staying calm in interviews and not giving anything away so not expecting a bounce in any of those stocks tomorrow as was normal in the past.

Octopus are fully loaded at HVO they were buying up to 30p seems to be a gap now until more contracts announced. Thing is they are not going to announce all contract wins only ones that are different to the norm so could well have already got more. Fully booked for this current financial year however.
