I am full up with LGEN PHNX was next. Hey ho will wait it may drift down a bit no rush.
AEWU is worth a look it used to bounce happily between 100p and 90p seems to have slipped below I bought near the bottom. Its another property REIT but very actively managed.

I guess the market just does not believe that golds value against the $ will stay this strong, let alone the $ get weaker against it,,, why else would the gold miners be still so down av68,,, makes no sense,,, but, we are used to gold be bashed anytime it's risen in previous years,, so I guess the market has no confidence in it!!! we shall see :-) Cheers Wan :-)

I had only started buying PHNX annoying I have been buying SUPR which fortunately is also having a good day though not in the PHNX range. Yield stocks this year are where I am putting most cash, with BoE intending to rate cut this year they can only get better.

Wan Cey was 105p when gold price hit around 2140 it then reached over 112p yesterday with gold peaking should've sold then but gold carried on drifting kept looking on my phone when taking a break from walking, gold looks steady at around 2170 so Cey should move up towards 108p-110p . 105p looked the floor today its purely a trade on the price of gold rising again Wan hence the tight stop.
Cey will be seriously pulling in the cash if gold remains around this level plus divi this year should be a lot better than what they got last year if gold remains high. still got a 15k core holding at 94p.

good distance 13 miles av68,,, not surprised you're feeling it today :-)

I'm out of EEE and probably won't now be going back for the LT,,, not ruling out a short term trade in it though... In my humble view, they might not have anything commercially viable after all and cash may be a problem proving if they do or not, we shall see.... I wish all those that believe in the EEE opportunity well and hope I am proved wrong by SB and his team, GLA LTH's..

Bloody aching this morning Wan after a 13 mile walk with the daughter and the wife, wasn't the best day to be walking rained half the day, but i did find it amusing when my daughter thought the best way down the cliff was to slide down on your JACKSY {NOT} LOL. Anyhow made a couple of quid on the CEY trade yesterday sold at 111p, tempted to buy them back this morning we shall see.
