21/3/2024 11:52 | XLM Price 6.3p = Market cap £16.4 Cavendish Significant Asset Disposal for $42.5m Total Consideration XLMedia has announced the sale of its Europe and Canada sports and gaming assets to Gambling.com Group for a total consideration of $42.5m ($37.5m fixed, $5m earnout). The sale is in-line with its recently stated strategy to maximise value for shareholders including the disposal of assets where opportunities arise. The proceeds will be used to settle outstanding tax and acquisition liabilities, invest in the US business and return significant sums to shareholders. Applying peer multiples to the remaining business and adding the cash from the disposal gives a market cap estimate of £48m, representing c.200% upside. | someuwin

21/3/2024 11:23 | Yesterday was the time to buy AAZ when a kind soul posted the online sell info on the other thread 😊 | all in eol
21/3/2024 11:21 | Given the lack of liquidity here when the TD news arrives we should see a swift move to the 80s. If news on Demerli or a significant update on Gilar also comes it will be happy days | donald pond
21/3/2024 11:14 | Well I could not resist doing another top up in AAZ shares. I expect the required RNS re the TD will arrive sometime. The outlook is bright in the long run. ATB and GLA. LOL Sumeuwin I think I beat you to it :-) | 2cmb
21/3/2024 11:01 | Yes I think I mentioned the A$s from the government may appear after I listened to the presentation the other day. However I would assume they would get independent advice on the likelihood of failure so if they did invest it would be a positive sign. That report though certainly raises questions and as you say why keep the fact it was titanite was the main mineral quiet until now? Cleary would have effected the fundraise I suggest. A lot of things to think about. | pogue
21/3/2024 10:54 | AAZ no buy quote for just £1k. | someuwin
21/3/2024 10:48 | Tyou Pogue,my main criticism of SB/EEE is they must have known titanite was the dominant mineral for several months before they announced it a few weeks ago.(I wonder if they mentioned this to the investors who put the money up a 11p?) The are plenty of points in the article open for debate, the one I would pick up on the author says he doesn't think grant money fr Aus gov is likely. I would say it's of great interest to everyone in the mining industry to see is this can be made to work ,so funding a demonstration plant, would be sensible.(ie grant money well spent) | e43
21/3/2024 10:42 | I don't know why the lack of interest in ALTN, but I am guessing it is due to delays in the upgrade of processing plant. They first stated it would be done end 2023 and have no impact on current operations. Then in an operational update they said unfortunately they had reduced production during that particular qtr (now back on track) due to disruption from the plant upgrade. THEN they said in last RNS that the upgrade is expected to be completed in Q3 2024 (without explanation why the delay). The comms are pretty poor, but they have a huge resource, are profitable and are increasing production, albeit not at the pace they have outlined so far! | king suarez
21/3/2024 10:23 | When you cut through all the hyperbole the last post on the HUM thread probably sums up the situation in one line. ”So basically they don't have the money to pay for the contractor” | bumpa33
21/3/2024 10:19 | Definitely elements of the board raised eyebrows previously at EEE as posted here. Didn’t realise Bunn was at Bluejay, looks like Kuenzel too who I really don’t like. JAY had its moments but was a disaster in the end, for shareholders anyway… | bumpa33
21/3/2024 10:04 | Questions on processing certainly but more worrying is the history of Mr Bunn and another titanium mine. A poster says he has form for being a bit enthusiastic about discoveries and selling shares on the quiet in the company, Bluejay was the company dont know the full history on that but no time to fully google. I think Bumpa, most likely, or someone here mentioned this in the past. | pogue
21/3/2024 09:59 | thanx pogue, will take a look later, Cheers Wan :-) mineable, yes,, processable ?? | wanobi
21/3/2024 09:52 | Very interesting report on EEE posted worth a read, could be short attack could be full of valid points certainly would explain why its not rising as you would expect for such a vast resource that the CEO says is mineable. | pogue
21/3/2024 09:48 | Indeed they have. I can't help you any further if you can't understand what I said. Double good job you're not in charge if such concepts pass you by. | jbravo2
21/3/2024 09:46 | But they've done all the maintenance, Reza told us so.. | katsy
21/3/2024 09:41 | It's potentially very expensive to start/stop/start the plant. Breakages happen disproportionately as you stop and start such large equipment. | jbravo2
21/3/2024 09:27 | Glad you're not in charge | jbravo2
21/3/2024 09:26 | They stated they have 3 months production capacity left behind the TD. Given the current metal prices, surely they should take advantage of that and just restart operations. might as well take advantage now while we can. | katsy
21/3/2024 09:21 | start of April will be nteresting here ... pretty sure that Reza and co. will then really start agitating hard to the govt. ministers to get this sorted asap so the company can get back into productjon and re-hire locals. Must be champing at the bit to get the gold and copper sales going with prices like this | mattjos
21/3/2024 09:20 | The stars are starting to align lef. I can "feel" it. Just like before. It's been a pretty awful 9 months but when things change at AAZ, things change. They're gonna change big and we're about to see another transformational period. Share price at start of 2017 was c.30p. During 2020 it hit over £1.70 Our resources and production are going to dwarf that in the coming 3 years. | jbravo2 |
