mf, that's why banks have set up departments to buy up repossessed property. My guess they'll leave the erstwhile 'owners' in them, and turn the mortgage into a rent agreement, but with you and I underpinning via DHSS! Thus it props up an over valued housing market, and the bank can claim that the house is an asset and not a liability, thus flattering the balance sheet. We are in an age of cynicism unbound.

Gold going up and the dollar rising has to be good for gold miners.

Katsy,Under hyperinflation the 1.20 in November would be £13 now. People panic spend as they can see money losing value. It's a wholly different dynamic

Market now assumes the FED will hike 0.5% each of Jun, July & now September.

This surely going to make matters worse for the Eurozone … Sovereign Bond Yields are once again notably diverging for the PIGS before rate rises have even started in Europe but, the EU will have to put up rates quicker than they are signalling.

Gold, priced in Euros, looks to me like it is clearly breaking out … It's Cup & it's Handle now completing & I can easily see Gold trading at over €2,000/oz later this year.

Similar big move in XAUGBP

Diesel has gone from £1.20 at the start of November to now £1.89. Those cost is going to feed it's way through to everything. We've already got hyper inflation with fuel and energy prices. I reckon by the autumn we will have hyper inflation on food, wage demands, travel.

Causes of Hyperinflation
The two primary causes of hyperinflation are (1) an increase in money supply not supported by economic growth, which increases inflation, and (2) a demand-pull inflation, in which demand outstrips supply. These two causes are clearly linked since both overload the demand side of the supply/demand equation.

The increase in money supply is typically caused by government action, such as what happened in Germany in 1923. When the government injects money into the economy, hyperinflation can result. The demand-pull inflationary effect often happens primarily because people have more money, creating a willingness to pay higher prices, which increases demand.

what's your definition of Hyperinflation??

While inflation is a measure of the pace of rising prices for goods and services, hyperinflation is rapidly rising inflation, typically measuring more than 50% per month ??

So US CPI comes in at 8.6% for May, I wonder what the true inflation is as petrol keeps going up 2-5p per week. Their answer, print more money to give to each household (UK response anyway). Still think hyperinflation is on it's way. £3 per liter petrol by Nov I reckon. All part of UN agenda 2030 and the great reset.

Its a mad market as others have said. I feel many traders are now exiting ORPH as Mo is not like CF and will not give massive hints on what is potentially going to happen giving traders a chance to ride the wave up then trash the price after. Mo is very much in the under estimate over deliver camp plus gives no clues to what is happening until it happens. Not a good share to trade anymore. Changing of the guard at the moment, traders exiting and new long term investors coming in plus instis as the latter is who Mo is targeting. I had a long talk with Mo when at the investor event a couple of weeks ago. He was not keen to say much but not much going to happen there this year apart from making money, keep an eye on POLB though I feel this one could make up for ORPH's inactivity there is some good news flow this year coming if things goto plan. NASDAQ merger being looked at and trail results due on POLB001 later this year which has already been proved safe in human in a previous trail when it was being used to treat arthritis instead of flu. JS told me there were enquiries already about it from pharma. He confirmed this last night in a presentation.
That was the best day I have spent for a long time talking to a few companies CEO's.
