06/8/2020 08:27 | Based on the fieldwork mapping and outcrop sampling, a new geological map of Avshancli-1 showing the main rock types or lithologies, alteration and structural geology has been prepared (Figure 21). This is a high priority target area given the gold grades on surface, and hence should the ongoing exploration demonstrate mineralisation continuity, it may be suitable for rapid open pit development. The plan for Avshancli-1 is to carry out a reverse circulation (RC) drilling programme to test the zone at depth. | ![]() bleepy
06/8/2020 08:25 | Page 38... Avshancli Deposit Overview “AvshancliR Within the wider Avshancli district, the geologically favourable targets have been identified; at this stage, they are designated Avshancli-1, Avshancli-2 and Avshancli-3 (Figure 16). Exploration Summary During H1 2020, further field mapping was completed over the region and an ongoing DD programme commenced, focusing on the three Avshancli targets. Drilling Programme Thirteen surface DD holes (total 3,650.60 m) and twenty five RC holes (total 1,673 m) were completed around the Avshancli district during H1 2020. Analysis of the samples was fast-tracked through the AIMC laboratory and significant intercepts are reported below in Table 6. Drilling will continue into Q3 2020, with sites prioritised on access dependent upon weather conditions. Collar locations for Avshancli-1 and -2 are shown in Figure 17 within the defined halo of copper mineralisation. Figure 18 shows the gold model at all the Avshancli zones, with a notable concentration at the zone Avshancli- 1. Figure 17 More reading... | ![]() bleepy
06/8/2020 08:22 | Yep the production report will be interesting given the weather reference, too much detail for now, I’ll read the main thread later and see what the experts have to say, I’m just going to do something else for now, being part of the “moron thread”, sat on hands with trading batch for now. The rest will always accumulate dividend money. | ![]() riggerbeautz

06/8/2020 08:17 | LOL Baz,that Allseeingeye person did not like your post !! Those Eyes not seeing much IMHO. I think this person was here sometime in the past and sold out, now back in after losing somewhere else and busy ramping. I am just very happy collecting the divi here and the share prices preforming great. What is there not to like here ?? My PUR shares have been under the cosh a bit but I like sitting on my hands. Not at all bothered with the share price gyrations at all. Mind PUR did climb very fast so a bit of consolation is good there. ATB. | ![]() callmebwana
06/8/2020 08:17 | yep, above is about as much as I can comment upon when it comes to reports like this,,, LOL LOL,,, all seems very positive to me though,,,, just takes time and patience to figure out the optimal way forward I guess :-) Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
06/8/2020 08:15 | Wan it’s incredible detail. Other than the reference to near surface deposits, I’m struggling to decipher where they will open up next, as there’s that much and I’m not a geologist. | ![]() riggerbeautz
06/8/2020 08:12 | Geological exploration report...90 pages of waffle, very obtuse document. On a,positive note, despite covid and bad weather they are making progress and appear to have done loads of work. A few grades thrown in would be nice. | ![]() excellance
06/8/2020 08:11 | AAZ - drilling down on some of the comments made in my post above, taken from the reports :-),,,, I see,, "The copper and gold upside potential are significant - Ordubad Contract Area.” “The Gedabek area - drive to develop mineral deposits for production. & deliver further positive progress on the development towards new mines." MINES !!! “The Gosha Contract Area - vein gold and polymetallic mineralisation as found at Asrikchay." all of which makes me smile for the future of ops in AZER.. Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
06/8/2020 08:07 | Page 35... Zafer mineralisation area Deposit Overview This area was considered a high priority target as part of the initial ZTEM ranking study with the associated anomalies M4, Zd3, and Zs9 as reported in [3]. The target area has been designated “Zafer” (Figure 14) and its centre is located approximately 3.8 km NW of the Gedabek OP and 2.5 km SW of the Ugur mine. The feature is elongate roughly in the NE-SW direction and is approximately 1.5 km in length. The geology of the region comprises of Upper Bajocian volcanics and is considered structurally complex. The feature lies over a NW-SE trending fault zone, which is interpreted as post- dating NE-SW movement. In the central part of the area tracking outcrops with tourmaline (Figure11). It is suggested that this target may be associated with the Gedabek intrusion and as such, represents a potential target for porphyry and base metal mineralisation. Exploration Summary 4 drill holes total 2,592.30m were drilled over Zafer area during H1 2020. Two drill holes returned grades above reportable limits (Table 6). Drill hole 20GED03 intersected 194 meters of continuous sulphide mineralisation that resulted in various intersections of gold and copper mineralisation (Table 6). Work on this mineralisation area will continue in H2. Examples of lithologies and mineral associations from the Zafer drilling programme: 20GED02 – 483.00 – 484.2.00 m – Hydrothermal breccia 483.00 – 484.2.00 m, Au = 3.24 g/t; Ag = 5.00 g/t; Cu = 0.54%; Zn = 5.76%. | ![]() bleepy

06/8/2020 07:51 | Good morning all. Wan I think we will have to wait a bit longer for AVCT to kick in. Just a question of patience required there. Let us see if AAZ falls back today on news day. It has always done so in the past !! GLA. | ![]() callmebwana

06/8/2020 07:50 | This sounds very promising and easily accessible to the processing facility: "New mineralised area identified between the Gedabek open pit and the Ugur open pit - Zafer o Four core drill holes totalling 2,592 metres were drilled over the Zafer area during H1 2020 o One drill hole intersected 194 meters of continuous sulphide mineralisation showing various intersections of gold and copper mineralisation." | ![]() stevea171
