STCM - WINS bidding 100k, one other mm bidding 50k, forget who. Cantors offering 100k, Singers offering 250k but outside the price, they’re also a bidder well below the price - 16 - so pretty pointless stance. Yes Cantors have a seller into them, yes long standing, won’t open up who (didn’t ask as would be told to f’ off) got the impression they’re not done by any measure. Sorry couldn’t get more.

This RNS is good for LT holders but it is still part of the poker game with Azer government IMO.

We have lots of gold,
We have fantastic data,
We have all the infrastructure,
We have all of the knowledge and experience,
We have the necessary cash to make this grow,

Please can we now renegotiate the PSA and extend the mine life?

Absolutely lefrene they couldn't have spelled it out much better without A Jorc compliant 2 Million ozs. Mid 2030s speaks volumes.

Valuation 10* free cash flow is cheap.

Aaz deserves a premium for the excellent management.

If somebody wanted to take this over, what would they have to pay? It certainly wouldn't be the current miserly £168 million. Not only would you get an up and running profit machine but also the modus-operandi of this remarkably efficient company, and of course a long mine life with probably a huge porphyry system yet to be defined.

Long term looks good LOM wise and short term this has a lot of catching up shr price wise to do relative to other producers with gold circa 1750

Decent and full update. Happy they will update JORC later this year and the exploration potential equally looks interesting (as is the potential 2030's LOM).

Main missing piece of information is negotiations re license.

I'm much the same mindset as you qaz; hence dripped in another 2k just now.

This RNS deserves to be well rewarded as it provides a fair bit of clarity
and rigour to what we should already know from taking on board the succession of
reports, interviews and presentations to date.

Whether it will be today is another matter.
If share price hits 160p by the weekend that won't surprise me but
it may go nowhere by then of even lose a few p.

The number and wording of references to opportunities outside Azerbaijan leads me to believe talks are quite advanced - with open pit mining next to current facilities being capex friendly, they will have to find something to do with the ever growing warchest ;-)

A good indicator of future opportunities and development plans, but all subject to financial viability and no mention of new licences or extensions. There is obviously dialogue with the government based on what we know regarding the PSA, but not mentioned, so it’s still business as usual. I am not sure if they they are seriously considering other options outside of the country, or whether it’s just to keep the government on their toes without being publically blatant. These are all excellent prospects to wet the appetite, but we really need some concrete plans over the next 12 months, cemented by clear government backing.

Well i love this management.
No rushing thing, no getting the company in debt to rush things along.
By the time we need new plant we will have plenty of money in the bank.
No need to look outside Az and pay a premium when we have plenty to go at here for years to come.
This is going to give me a healthy yield on my investment for many years to come.

I hope so CMB. There is so much to digest in that RNS as always and they have a clear plan moving forwards now . I particularly like this bit
"Gedabek also has exceptional potential to host a porphyry system which, if proven, could provide tens of millions of tonnes of ore and increase mine life through to the mid 2030s and beyond. This is something we intend to focus on from 2021 onwards.

If that comes to fruition then wow .... wow !!!!!

More frequent RNSs on the new mines front to come I'd say; ought to keep the share price bumping up as long as expectations met.

If one prospect does happen to fall short, there's others in the wings.
Think this is underpriced.
