There is definitely something in healthy diet and gut bacteria, I say that as a mild coeliac sufferer that has to cheat on a few things. But sugars yes absolutely, caffeine is something else I’ve tried to cut too.

Vaccines are the route BIG PHARMA want us to go because they are the biggest money makers they probably have.

It's not about CURING disease, it's about TREATING disease. What better than a 'Rinse and Repeat' like a vaccine? Oh, you must have a booster every year - rub hands with glee.

This is why the CURES have been suppressed and IT AFFECTS US ALL. It is so easy for anyone who goes against the indoctrination and conditioning to be labelled a conspiracy theorist.

Also if you haven't watched it I really recommend Contagion on Netflix. Great cast: Damon, Winslet, Law, Fishburne about dealing with pandemic starting with bats in Hong Kong, includes shysters claiming quack remedies. Just very good

Long term I think better gut bacteria are the best way to prepare the body to fight infection and get better outcomes. Which is why I bought quite a lot of DDDD last week. There is lots of info on that thread but covid seems to mutate quickly so the vaccine may not be the total solution even if it can be found

Morning - had a quick beer money flip on SCLP, 7 and out 8.5 - bit too future and dependent on factors for me etc. But who knows in this mkt.
