There is definitely potential there Wan, but you gotta get rid of Link Fund, and probably Invesco first.

You are missing FDBK that is not really focused on CV but it has become a by product.

Hi Wan,
You may want to add YGEN to your watchlist of CV-19 as it provides testing lab machines
Keep going with your inspirational thread and many thanks to all the contributors

In terms of share price targets, Newmont is up 100% over the last 12 months. I see no point investing in a small company is Azerbaijan over a giant operating in multiple jurisdictions unless the former provides the opportunity for significant outperformance. That has to be our benchmark. And while we can praise the board for the success they have achieved with the business, the lack of progress in the share price compared with lower risk, much bigger miners is a concern. On the other hand, bull markets are often led in the first stages by the bigger companies with the juniors following on. But really £3 for AAZ would not be unreasonable this summer imo.

Wan - check the post I put on MPH, do a little research into Bct-197. Note that, as per above post Link Fund Solutions are on the shareholder register, along with Invesco - so you have some overhang there. On the plus side they’re moving shareholder focus over to the US - hence the Nasdaq listing. And Bct-197 looks to be bang in the area of interest right now, not to mention it’s into Phase 3 trials next.

Wan - I think if you’re gonna hang around in any of these plays, make sure they’re well funded and have more strings to their bow than just the current cv-19 focus. I’m thinking of those who like to collect shares :)

The timing for Woodford was really unfortunate, another 6 months and he probably could’ve turned it around - now it’s left to Link Fund Solutions - the administrator for Woodford’s funds - to tie up all the loose ends.

I think the guys will pay a progressive final dividend up 0.5p to 4.5p making 8p for the year and up 1p from last year to give a 14% increase for the year.Great growth in itself. That will leave bags of money to finance our growth strategy....which could be expanding our growth circuits, heap leaching or totally new plant, crushing etc. This is also dependant on what expansion routes they agree with the Government.

The announcement and implementation of the above expansion with gold remaining @ $1,730 should get us into the GBP 3's alone....then if Matt's $2,600 comes to fruition I think you can talk GBP 5's or higher.....IMHO

Wan, ORPH probably worth a look too. They are combined with all the old hVivo assets now.

Sold last of AVCT at end of last week.

Bought a few ODX, REAT and IPO as well.

Looks like Woodford was right all along! Just very unfortunate timing?

I have to say that SVS would not have been my first choice. But saying that i was very happy with them until the end.
I was with lloyds for years then when they moved their accounts to Halifax they said they didn't take overseas clients. It took me a while to find one that would.
It was even harder to find one after SVS went down the pan. I applied to so many i thought i was not going to get one based in britain. I am sure i even applied to HSBC with no joy. Many gave the impression they did it. I would fill the form out and always at the end i would have to enter my zip code, only for it to be refused. I would phone them up only to be told they did not except overseas clients.
As i said i got an account with Hargreaves Lansdown in the end. That took a while though with having to send proof of identity. That very hard when most utility bills are paperless now. Then trying to find something for my wife as all bills are in my name.

The joys of living abroad.

Riding the hype is the smart way to play all this, pinning hopes on a winner and you’re into the arena of gambling. So, we’re now into the “media cottoning on” phase. There’s been great money on the way up, potentially a lot more - there will equally be excellent money to be made on the way back down for many of these.

Gold is going to be the trade of the century, imo.
I can't see any down side here one bit.
I agree we will get dropped when the crash does come, but not much.
The profits here are fantastic. I can't wait to see what happens with the divi.
Could be we pay a little higher to increase the divi year on year, then pay a special divi towards the end of year. All depends what happens with this virus.
The really big game changer will be when we get a jorc and hopefully a good extension to the length 0f mine. Then news on the talks with the government. If all those things come to pass and gold does what we think, who knows where the price could go.
Exciting times ahead here and gold and silver miners hopefully. Can't say the same for the rest of the market.
