Nice summary Matt

Just one addition if you don’t mind...

The company has expressed a desire to “aggressively pursue any suitable opportunities outside Azerbaijan which it believes can be made commercially successful."

the reality is that not many people really know how to value this company.
It is an almost unique operation.
90% of folk can't even get past the PSA.

Things to concentrate on are:

Cash Flow … which the company is throwing off like a drunken sailor

Operational efficiency … Bill (as an accountant) thinks we've just about got this nailed now at Gedabek. In life though, opportunities for process improvement are always apparent & assuming the company has the right culture in place, incremental improvements will continue to be implemented.

Dividends … we've only actually received one so far and now the second payment is going to be larger than the first. I do not believe anyone here in 2015/16 thought this was going to be the case but, dividends are a powerful magnet for investors looking for yield.

Exploration .. this is the biggest single lever now on the share price, in terms of propelling it much higher. Specifically exploration in/around Ordubad.
We've poked about a bit there in the past but, we are now on with the real job & quantitative & qualitative data will be coming in throughout the rest of this year and next. Any one of these data releases from here onwards likely to be the one that propels the valuation sharply higher, much higher.

I'm sitting tight and looking for any more cheap ones going under a £1

Not quite sure why the CEO doesn't get involved in marketing the company?

Nice to see the Board nice a busy here...
Just had a conversation with brokers, they are going to have a good look at figures been quoted going forward and try to get the platforms to update.

We are all aboard a strong ship here.... do not let the winds of trading confuse you and jump overboard.

We will get to our destination and the Champagne will be popping....

I've got so many of these you wouldn't believe it. But the board should tell share price Angel to not forecast he future: betterto have no prediction than predictinga 75% drop in profits.I'm no complaining so much as trying to find an explanation for why the share price is at the level it was before results, and what can be done to ensure the company gets recognised fairly

Exactly Mattjos, lots of moaning from mf how cheap aaz is and yet he's not buying up here. Poor form !!
As for the board having a hard time at the agm.....borders on lunacy.

Some buying in significant volume now.

looks like my next 3k buy - limit 90p may never be realised.
Either way, ok by me.

btw, for all the shortcommings of the SPA analysis, projections, even quality of data.... even they raised their target by fully 30% post FY RNS.

Whilst, I am banging on.I do not think it is right that a large Sale or Purchase should not have to be disclosed at the time of the event.

MMs should be forced to create a fair market based on supply and demand. They should compete with each other. Neither operating in league nor for the benefit of mates or a wealthy Client.

One thing you don't get with aaz is liquidity, never really have. Who's to say we aren't looking at big projects and bringing institutions on board. I'm sure with the way current operations are run we won't be short of offered projects. With institutions come placings, more shares, more liquidity. For some diluting holders is a no no, but for me me it's a yes yes if its the right project.

One can't fault the management on their attention to detail in the real world, perhaps bullsh!t is not in their repertoire? So why doesn't SPA report their clients business properly? SPA must be aware that their view is out of line with the actuality. So what is their reward and where is it coming from?

I do agree with you mf, I just don’t feel as strongly about it.
I don’t think it will have as large an effect as you think. And I certainly don’t think the board will have a rough AGM if it’s not corrected rapidly.
But hey that’s what this taking shop is for I guess

No cel, I sold at £35 and got back in at £32. Not sure with the spread and liquidity I could do that here. In fact, I know I couldn't!

mf, is this mis-reporting deliberate so that shares can be accumulated by insiders?
