that is a 49-month closing high for AAZ today!! well done all in the company.

... September 11th 2013 was last time this closed any higher.

A terrific recovery so far from the Bashirov-selling lows & thank you Mr. Vaziri for not diluting the equity but, putting your own $3.9m on the line (in addition to your 30% shareholding) just when the company most needed it.
We're already 13 days into what looks like is shaping up to a cracking Q4 production.

Still to hear all about the significant Operational & Exploration activities that are currently in-hand &, I believe, we are due an update on refinancing efforts with regards the fast reducing o/s debt.

Separating the production update from operations update is a good sign, must be plenty to say in a separate rns.

I wonder if we will see a further 2 rns', ops/development and exploration. There's plentiful detail in each to warrant two releases.

Will be interesting to read how they configured the AL - FL circuit during Q3/17. The paper released highlighted achievable savings of $7ml/yr with optimum config.

Another crusher and/or flotation expansion must be a serious consideration given savings to be made.

"The average daily gold production in the form of gold doré for the period from 1 to 10 September 2017 was 212 ounces .... This average daily production is expected to increase further as Ugur moves into full production."

From today's RNS:
"Of the 12,221 ounces of gold and 4,381 ounces of silver produced in the quarter, 6,842 ounces of gold and 3,219 ounces of silver were produced in September 2017."

30 days in September:

6842/30 = 228 oz Au / day
3219/30 = 107 oz Ag / day

1st September to 10th September 10 days at 212 oz Au / day = 2,120 oz Au

6,842 - 2,120 = 4,722 oz for the period 11th - 30th September

4,722 / 20 = 236 oz / day

So, for the first 10 days of September, Au production was averaging 212oz/day
for the subsequent 20 days of September, Au production has averaged 236oz/day

1/10/17 to 31/12/17 = 90 days
92 x 228oz/day = 20,976 oz Au for Q4, using the September Ave. daily production fugure

That would take them to 58k oz Au for the FY + the GE from Cu & Ag production

Have a look at some ore I bought back and look at some pictures of the mine, gold coming out of furnace etc...
