Mattjos,

Well, a good run the past few days. I sold but hope it goes well for holders. I took the view that the bottom in gold might not be in, and the conservative assessment by the company broker. So far it has headed higher. If it retreats, I am to get in again.

Regards

That was my 12k buy at 8.07am which started today's rise.

AAZ still valued at only 23m compared to SHG market cap of 73m.

Yes I said I wanted to see and hold 20 as would next meet resistance at 34 and we have now flown past 20, after 34 it's 60 and 80 imho

Anyone selling now this side of 34p is very foolish. There is nothing to stop this now in the coming weeks. The only scenario where there could be some downside is if the gold price collapses.

Yes we have been waiting to clear the 20p mark for about three months now and this time we have gone clear, 34p next resistance level, rising at this rate should see that by Wednesday / Thursday I wonder if it's because we are finally getting some coverage with the mining seminar on 3rd November, if so ten days of rises would be very nice IMHO dyor

Your gang on here is not a silly aaz. Filled up my iSA with these and some in my trader too. Caught by the sudden gold drop but I too have large holdings in your favourites. Thanks to you I got into AAZ after you listed on another thread had the others to some extent.
OMI, STI and POG seem to offer potential. STI has a big slug of GRL and POG a busted flush with big benefits from rubles and ramping oil price to come. CGH just rejected a bid, massive reserves but cannot get its finger out. This preferable to me. ACA not on radar yet until today.
Looks like you were not too early in filling the truck.
Series of tornados to come through the markets,so perhaps temp discounts again.
Trump's erection may upset some too, esspecially after anonymous get those Clinton emails public.

Thanks bravo.
Azer govn are seen to be cleaning their financial sector so any deals in the pipeline re azergold must be transparent.
Aaz being the only gold miner with polymetalic experience in the country must be a front runner to be involved in establishing azergold and their prospects.

Most people do not have a clue as to what's happening out in the financial world. Some may own popular shares, but when the proverbial hits the fan, there's going to be a move to get into gold. It will be slow at first and then the volumes will increase. People are going to be buying anything with gold and silver operations and they'll be all over the shop asking questions. They'll buy and sell like crazy, jumping in and out and prices will become volatile. Fear and greed.

It really is the wrong time to even think of selling something like this. The train is leaving the station in Phase Two of the bull market in gold:

Great end to the week for the company share price and investors alike. Still a long, long, long way to go yet before we reach a sensible valuation on what is known today, let alone what may transpire ... short term and long term charts looks an absolute beauty to even a novice TA follower.

The company is still virtually invisible to most market participants with little sign of the herd and still no 3% Holdings revealed after Basher's exit - therefore still opportunity for an Institution to decide they want in.

An interesting few weeks ahead now with Russia sailing into the Med, the USA election & the Italian referendum + the on-going BREXIT situation.

Next year its French election (& that could be a real shake-up if Le Penn storms through the first round) followed by German elections + the inevitable market crash that always follows a new USA president elected after a retiring a 2-termer + the global debt situation just gets worse and worse each week.

Far, far too many potential catalysts for Gold to remain subdued.

ex AIMROC. They are now AzerGold.

I have no idea how "alive" the talks are.

It's somewhat strange though don't you think that AzerGold haven't been vocal about opening the new mine, or say recruiting a few hundred people to run it? It's almost as if they're still sorting stuff out, talking, even negotiating?
Is it with us? No idea. But we know we'd like to be involved from the discussions at the AGM. We know the president asked to meet with us in USA.

Will we get it? No idea.
It'll be a nice bonus if we do, but in the meantime we produced another 200oz of gold today. Another 15t or so of Cu concentrate. Another 1000oz of silver.

"Talks of new resources elsewhere in Azerbaijan."

Are we talking of ex aimroc or other resources. Any involvement with azergold.
How alive is the talking.

It's difficult to find a potential flyer because most gold stocks are well known by the crowd. I like the fact that this is off most people's radar. I was very impressed with the photographs of the operation. I had assumed it would be decrepit and everything would be falling to pieces. How wrong I was! The quality of the Board of Directors was another shock, I thought they might be a bunch of fly boys. Wrong again! And the deeper I dug, the better things became. I bought my first 125,468 at 16p and then topped up again today, below 20p. Fingers crossed, I think this could be the one!
