Well done pixi. Nice haul, you'll do well off them.

Yeah there are a few things which led to the price being crushed and whilst bashirov was one he wasn't the sole reason.

Others include the ore not reacting as thought in the AL plant, us hitting a high Cu area of ore and we lost our key man on the ground to AIMROC. There are others which all created a perfect storm and put us on the brink of needing to raise equity I'm sure.

It seems a long time ago now though, since then they've learnt best how to use the plant, opened the flotation plant, got our man back, signed new deals for cyanide and other chemicals etc etc.

And now to the future, new electricity supply, new water plant, new SAG mill, flotation expansion planning. Drills results on site being encouraging. Talks of new resources elsewhere in Azerbaijan.

Flip. Its gonna be good.

Edit: @csmwssk12hu: Ah yes, the curse of the typical private investor. They hold onto losers too long and offload winners too quickly. Well done for not falling for it this time.
Ask Resourceful. He sold 1m at 7p. Just back in April/May time. Terrible. Goodbye £130k+

Thing is most of us on here are now well into profit and I have to confess I normally bail once I think that will do and never hold for long but this is so different I have never seen a company so chronically undervalued it's unreal and just can't wait to see how much these will have gone up by next year

With Ugur, Ugur South and Bittibulag all being drilled I think we could see £1 within a year. Of course a lot depends on gold.

I hope so because I have over 200,000 now. What got my attention was the graph in the header of the cup and handle formation and someone called Bashirov selling out. The next steps for us are plain to see: 20, 35, 55, 84, +120. If gold ever gets to the values some are talking about in, say 4-5 years time, the sky is the limit! And I'm all for a bit of that. Lol

This is one of five holdings of mine to ride the coming storm of financial destruction that is about to kick off. They are all in precious metals: HOC, HUM, HGM and PAF. I also have a rather large stake in the Way Charteris Gold and Precious Metals Fund which is weighted towards silver and is the best performing fund of it's type this year.

I am hoping that this with outperform them all.

Been in here for a numbers of years, have my shares tucked away in my SIP, now only a been away from break even! Not even a thought of selling at that point, going to ride this one out and accumulate for the next 15 years till retirement where hopefully I will be rewarded!

jbravo ... could not agree more. We may have been a few lone voices here for a while but, rather more now seeing the absurd valuation that still exists.

We have to be thankful for the pickle that Bashirov got into which forced him to sell all his shares and drive the price down to these crazy levels &, as you point out ......

We also have to be very thankful to Mr. Vaziri who has personally put a huge amount of his personal wealth & reputation on the line here, not once but, twice now in the history of the company.
A true entrepreneur who has done all that he possibly could to support the company financially, rather than dilute the valuable equity.
He has skipped his salary and lent money to the company twice. That is extremely unusual behaviour for a CEO of an AIM listed company.

I do listen to the stuff we post sometimes matt and think we do occasionally sound like the ramping nutters on plenty of other threads.
I wonder if others can tell the difference?

For those in doubt and new to the thread, and a few will be with today's rise... check out just these few things.

1) How many other AIM companies can you name where the CEO owns 30%?
2) Where that CEO hasn't stitched up the shares by giving himself loads of cheap options, where indeed there has never been a large equity raise. Still at 112m shares and where he has personally lent the company $4m, unsecured?
3) Where the company is valued under £25m yet will have revenue of over say $80m, selling their 70koz with a margin of say $700.

Unique!

There isn't a SINGLE one.

So then think to yourself... is this one different? Should I get in at what are now recent highs?
Answer yes. We are heading back to 80p over the next two years. Read up to find out why but it's really going to happen.

You'll more than double your money in no time pixi.
This is so chronically undervalued and this climb upwards is pretty much going to be a constant theme for more than just the next 12 months.
Thanks yasx... who's next?...

Matt, If all those countries have potential buyers sniffing around this could go like a rocket when gold takes off. It's way undervalued as it stands.
