01/6/2020 07:49 | I've been invested in EML for at least 2 years...there is a lesson there about not buying too early. But my average price is probably between 3.7 and 4.2 (honestly don't know as it is split across so many accounts). My point is that if it does go the way of AAZ, we're at the start of the journey. Those that got in early were just stuck in the waiting room for a while. There is no way in which it is too late to get onboard. | ![]() mad foetus
01/6/2020 07:47 | Good morning Rb,,,,,, LOL MF, cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:45 | yep, that seems to be a winning formula SB and well done for executing it with EML, you deserve the rewards it will surely bring,,, excellent work :-) cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:44 | Morning, sun out everyone feeling positive Lol mf | ![]() riggerbeautz
01/6/2020 07:41 | can i add my nod of thanks to those on this and the main board here...the past couple of years tracking and invested in AAZ from the 60-70p range etc gave me two things: a) the cash to invest significantly into EML (to a 7-figure holding) and b) the understanding that the best way to make significant returns is to buy a Company overlooked and undervalued and then hold, hold and hold as the wider market finally recognises this (which I what I intend to so) Those on the main board who invested here in the 4-10p range made me look at Companies in that price bracket...I was very fortunate that the first one I looked at happened to be EML AAZ is still undervlaued imo and I wish all investors good luck here as the mines get developed.. | ![]() sportbilly1976

01/6/2020 07:26 | POG - explains the large buys on Friday we all speculated about :-) LOL Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:24 | thanx Bumpa, I tend to agree with you, whether they need to or not, to me, it all looks set up for the share price to get bought up and a raise done for comfort as much as anything else,,, but, let's see,,,, happy to be right OR wrong on that as I don't see it holding the share price back over the longer term,,,, in fact, it might just send it higher, quicker.... Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:22 | There's always been a huge disconnect between project cash flows and market cap.Hayden's previous Company (Highfield Res) were valued at 28% NPV after FS release.... | ![]() sportbilly1976
01/6/2020 07:21 | well there’s your feasibility study in EML, well done. And there’s my £1.2m in cash remaining as of 30/04. I wasn’t too far out. They’ll raise I’m certain, though not necessarily a bad thing. | ![]() bumpa33
01/6/2020 07:17 | I can see why MF, well done,,, MCAP of 41m looks a bit low to me based upon these numbers :-) LOL cough cough and whilst it's only a feasibility study,,, it looks to be an enormous cash cow in the making,, share price should rocket today on this I feel,,, but then I often get that wrong,,, fingers crossed, not long to wait to see :-) Cheers Wan :-) LOM is a dream MF,,,, if only AAZ could come out and give us a number like that :-) LOL, I know, they will, just have to be patient Wan :-) "initial mine life of 19 years. Significant potential remains to increase the mine life by including additional resources, notably in the south west of the project area, and through further exploration work." | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:12 | EML is my biggest holding after AAZ, should be an interesting few days, they will really want to get the share price up and to get on the radar to get into a competitive funding situation imo. It looks an "outstanding" prospect! | ![]() mad foetus
01/6/2020 07:10 | EML RNS - "It follows that the economics of this project would be highly compelling, and with an IRR of nearly 39% and a post-tax NPV(8) of US$1.4 billion, this is clearly an extremely robust project in normal potash market conditions, generating average revenue of over US$480 million and EBITDA of over US$300m for the life of the mine. It is outstanding that, in a downside market price scenario, assuming a potash price of around US$225/tonne, this project will still generate a very robust average life of mine post-tax free cash flow of nearly US$90 million per annum and an IRR of nearly 15%." Sounds ok to me :-) GLA Holders Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 07:05 | Good morning, Good luck and Good health to you all :-) Cheers Wan :-) many thanx Ferrisc :-) Cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
01/6/2020 06:44 | Podgyted Well as long as gold keeps rising AAZ will be making record profits. People can concentrate on anything they like and make it into a negative. For any sane person who runs a company or is invested in one, its the profits that count. And what do profits bring? higher divi payments and more money into the bank to grow. We all get frustrated at the SP, But one day this will take off. Its not a case of if,it's when. | ![]() gold finger 1
01/6/2020 01:24 | Gold and silver futures rising - not that this has any significance here. | ![]() podgyted
01/6/2020 00:36 | You are welcome and I missed out that of the $400M I believe that includes about $90M of contingency. | ![]() ferrisc

31/5/2020 23:14 | mf/cmb/wan, If you still have an interest in POG, check the link below as it seems they are looking at merging with UGC hence the big share purchase on Friday afternoon. This would make then Russia's largest gold producer according to the article. Link provided by Rizzle on the POG thread | ![]() odsjp
31/5/2020 23:05 | EML have already been offered $236M fro a European bank that approached them. They think they will need $ 400M in total. They are likely to get $40M as a grant from the government (not UK) so with OPC and the Saudis in the background I really do not think financing is an issue. Like Parob, I just dropped in from the EML board. | ![]() ferrisc |
