Condor gold announce a big private placing, 20% of share cap at a 25% discount to last nights close. You have to be constantly grateful that the board here never get up to such shenanigans, which clearly just profit the in crowd at the expense of loyal shareholders.

no need to apologise cmb,,, golden rule, whatever we read, hear from others, the final decision to invest is down to us, no-one else,, I don't give the money I lost in AMC a few months back a second thought,,, selling up and moving on is all part of the game,,,, in fact, I'd say,, a major, very important part of this game,,, whether that be taking a profit or taking a loss... so no worries, cmb..... I learnt a lot from that experience and it helped me to say no to AMC this time around,,,, I admit I thought about taking a position, thinking, hmm, interesting, somethings happening here,,, but then, I remembered the chart and all the previous false dawns and thought, no way Wan, leave it alone,,,,,, those that did well, great work, great timing,,, those that lost, I know exactly how you feel right now,,, all I can say to you is once you sell up and move on, the red is off the screen and you can forget about it very quickly as you make it back elsewhere,, its liberating, a good feeling once you've done it.... even though you've lost some cash,,,, GLA Cheers Wan :-)

CMB

We make our own choices and AMC is my own fault. More AIM stocks fail rather than prosper so you will always pick occasional dogs. PPC is one of mine that tortured me for many years!

Off up to Langstrothdale, west of Buckden in the Dales today. My favourite place on the planet. Will be Dipper, Heron and Kingfisher watching. Can't wait!

With you there Matt. I left home at 4.15am yesterday drove up to Thorpe Cloud in the peak district, walked to the top to watch the sunrise at 4.50 with the kids, it was an incredible morning.

Bumps,I will never take offence of your posts at all. I have just got in. No more lockdown here and have spent this evening with some friends. I had a great evening. Yes mask and gloves etc. Today also had a hair cut.

Back to the market. Yes AMC is a dog and I do apologise to Wan and Brasso sincerely. I will pull the plug when I am ready there.
On the other hand AVCT has moreover wiped my loses there. Call it luck or whatever.
GLA for tomorrow. ATB.

@matt: totally agree, sometimes rather trivial issues can divert ones attention from bigger better things in life and it is not a bad idea at all to try and steer oneself in a slightly different direction every now and then :) enjoy and good luck to everyone here

Amen Pogue :)

Off to bed, trading outside in sun, sipping rum has got me slightly stoned as well as a little sun kissed, such is life under an easing lockdown, if we are locked down, seems less obvious daily as does distancing.

If i don't post as much as usual in coming weeks, please don't read anything into it. I am not selling any of my AAZ shares.Simply intend to spend every free minute i possibly can enjoying my little slice of England, outside & trying to 'unlock' my business & get my crew back to work from mid-June.Longest day in three weeks so, that gives us 10-12 weeks of England at it's finest & its better than ever this year with much reduced traffic & folk about. If this damn virus comes around again in November, we could be locked down for 5-6 months over winter & I don't wish to regret having missed even a second of being outside experiencing this glorious Spring/Summer. There's more to life than shares.AAZ is doing everything right, afaiac. Cash is building in the bank to cater for all eventualities. There's a great divi on the way & the crew will be maxing exploration during the summer weather. Reza & John are 100% aligned with us.In different circumstances, I'd love to be planning a return visit to Gedabek but, sadly, that is going to have to wait until 2021 at the earliest now.

Hot & dry as a witch's up here & no rain forecast for at least next 10 days .... BBQ Costco Fillet Steak with salad & new pots from poly-tunnel & a drop of Pessac-Leognan.Watering the lawns whilst listening to skylark & watching the swallows & martins swoop & wheel overhead & Jackdaws feeding their young in next door's chimney stack :-) ..... make the most of every possible second of Spring in England - there are far more important things than level2 & trades

Mattjos, We've had 2 weeks of this short week weather avarageing around 80 mark untill 5 today when we had a very welcome thunderstorm, just after I had finished watering. Must have shook the MM's from here as I see but can't believe we finished on a 2p spread. Gold rebounding nicely for te moan.

If anyone gets the urge for some pure unadulterated gold/silver outright porn, then M.M has created a free to download version or free kindle edition.

Of course Mad Mike has been wallowing in meltdown for years and no time like the present for a platform, but he does put up some persuasive back story to everything.

Bumpa couldn’t agree with you more, I’m just surprised people keep falling for the lure, AMC some get lucky but anyone who stuck bought in and around after yesterday is now well impaled; were not talking a 5-10% haircut or stop loss.

But yes AIM is the Wild West and anything goes. Pogue hope ODX does come good for you, just flagged it as the speeding ticket turned up.

Zeus tend to make huge amounts of money for themselves. Whether ordinary punters do as well is open to question.

Lesson for today at ODX its not official until you RNS it. Dramatic reversal there and relearnt the lesson as a retraction of a tv boast brings the price down again lol. It will come though clearly just an enthusiastic CEO letting cat out of the bag on tv before its all signed, hopefully.

Gf1The thing that shines from that table of goldies is the general strength of the big players, without a doubt this is due to iis looking to switch funds into gold and because they are big mkt cap players the big funds can invest a meaningful amount. This in turn drives up mkt cap.Another reason in my book we should absolutely be aiming for mid tier level for aaz. It would open a whole new world of investors which in turn I'm sure would propel share price ahead hugely. But then again there has to be that ambition......
