16/1/2018 15:05 | Still time to jump aboard this money making boat. Easy money chaps. | ilostthelot
16/1/2018 14:55 | daily price movements now greater than the price I paid for a fair amount of my stock in 2015 & 2016! Think I will print this RNS out and have yet another good read this evening as, so often little tell-tale nuggets in AAZ news items that give you clues as to what's coming up next. | mattjos
16/1/2018 14:20 | Someone just took a 100k, holding tight here! | sh0wmethemoney
16/1/2018 14:07 | GFM related from 85 to 130 on news that it had repaid all its debt. Unless I am mistaken it looks likely that AAZ will, if it wants to, be able to declare it is debt free around the middle of the year. That's not to say the share price won't rise until then, just that a 50% boost is likely when the market realises what we already know. | mad foetus
16/1/2018 14:04 | Very good of you to drop by resourceful. Thank for your kind wishes. I hope you found something to make money in elsewhere. Absolutely mad foetus, it is staggeringly undervalued and as such it is very very easy to be ultra confident. I have NEVER been as confident with any other share. Ask yourself this? Do you think Reza is successful? Is he "wealthy"? If so, do you think it would be a wise idea to follow his money? It's that simple isn't it? He's one of the few CEO with real skin in the game. Fills one with confidence. | jbravo2
16/1/2018 13:56 | I have rarely felt so confident about any share. Perhaps it is hubristic, but this looks utterly undervalued on what we know now. My main concern is that it is only 5% of my portfolio! | mad foetus
16/1/2018 13:51 | They will now take 130k shares, not often that they will do that, looks like Cantor are a bit short | jbe81
16/1/2018 13:35 | I've been called worse I can hardly wait Matt! | gutterhead
16/1/2018 13:22 | The Big 'W' There will be a fresh buying surge once we get over 72p weekly close free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | mattjos
16/1/2018 13:09 | All through 2015 & into start of 2016, Cantor Fitzgerald (CFEP) were the persistent seller of the stock on behalf of Bashirov. They are now pretty damn keen on the Bid to try and collect up what they can ahead of next news articles. Cheers Basher! Still not back to where you started selling these at around 55p back in 2012 but, getting back up there now. Still £1 coins on less than half-price offer today | mattjos
16/1/2018 13:02 | “Anglo Asian is continuing to lay the foundations for long term sustainable production growth and to deliver value to its shareholders. Mining is expected to recommence at our main open pit at Gedabek in the near-term together with the installation of a second, dedicated crusher line for the flotation plant. These should significantly enhance our production profile throughout 2018. I look forward to providing further updates on forecast 2018 production and expansion and exploration objectives in the coming weeks." The 2nd crusher coming online Q2 will ease the bottleneck and enable the flotation plant processing. Gedabek open pit returning to full mining this Qtr. The coming weeks news of 2018 production forecast, exploration and expansion objectives should rerate this share substantially. | bleepy
16/1/2018 12:21 | mms will currently take 110k @43.8p suggests, 50p only a couple of days away. | jbe81
16/1/2018 12:17 | just saw this shocked well done to the believers | resourceful
16/1/2018 11:56 | Read and re-read the RNS twice now because there is always so much information packed into AAZ's news pieces. Seems pretty clear that there is still a lot of pent-up news yet to be released. What a terrific achievement by the company! to identify, drill, prove up and bring Ugur into production in such a short timeframe & for it to be immediately profitable. What a superb team Reza has assembled in AAZ now!! ... Bloody Well Done everyone. Fantastic job | mattjos
16/1/2018 11:37 | Looking at the activity on the nex exchange, which favours investors and maybe swing traders over rapid/short-term traders, I'd say the rotation from the latter to former is already underway. For me, one substantial surprise was that complete suspension of the flotation plant throughout Q4; known about the crusher bottleneck for months but had't realised how impinging. So the 2nd production train was SART only. Yet, AAZ almost exceeded their annual prod. f/c top end of 72k GE-oz!! Bring on the crusher! Another, pleasing surprise was the size of the Silver production in Q4: "18 per cent. increase in silver production for Q4 2017 to 47,478 ounces (Q3 2017: total 40,288 ounces)" When you bear in mind, there's little silver coming out of Ugur, specifically and the Q4 silver produced was [therefore]about 74% via SART. That's about $800k value of silver, though not sure how much of that get's realised when integral to copper concentrate produced. | 2sporrans
16/1/2018 11:18 | Still a very easy double bagger from here imho. Prove up the resourve&reserve | ilostthelot
16/1/2018 11:14 | Worth also noting that the mining sector is down around 2% today. But the real thing is to just accumulate and hold here. | mad foetus
16/1/2018 11:06 | still a 3p spread but, that is now only 6.7% :-) | mattjos
16/1/2018 11:03 | What a fantastic update, long way to go yet share price wise which I expect will get a move on as stock is transferred from traders to longer term holders. I wonder if any II's come calling now. | celeritas
16/1/2018 10:41 | oh resourceful. 1m @ 7p = £70,000 1m @ 43p = £430,0000 Erm..... ouch? | jbravo2
16/1/2018 10:38 | I bet the people who sold out are as sick as parrots! Lol | davidspringbank
16/1/2018 10:27 | High volume today, guessing we are rotating into longer term holders, my price target now much higher, the investments the company is making point to a much longer life of mine, while previous investments are paying off in spades, who would have thought last year when they announced they were shutting the main mine down to use the machinery on ugur it would pay off so well, at the time it cratered the shares but the results are now evident that it was in inspired move ... | catsick
16/1/2018 10:23 | Tuck this share away and look at it next year.Let the Traders do what they do. :o) GLA. | callmebwana
16/1/2018 10:19 | - Net debt reduced by approximately 47% during FY 2017 to $18.3 million at 31 December 2017 (31 December 2016: $34.6 million) - Water treatment plant now producing around 200,000 litres of clean water per day and a six-metre raise of the tailings dam wall completed in Q4 2017 - Operational performance anticipated to be further enhanced in 2018 due to * Recommencement of mining operations from the main Gedabek open pit in Q1 2018 * Recommencement of flotation processing, independent of the agitation leaching plant, following installation of a second, dedicated crusher line targeted for Q2 2018 - this will increase processing capacity significantly Chief executive Reza Vaziri said: 'I am delighted to report that following a very strong performance in Q4 2017, Anglo Asian has delivered full year production at the very top of its published forecast range. 'This is a considerable achievement in itself, but when taken together with the recent expansion and production optimisation initiatives put in place and commencement of production from Ugur, it is clear that 2017 was an overwhelmingly successful year for Anglo Asian. 'The almost halving of net debt in the year is also a significant achievement as the Company returns to financial health. 'Anglo Asian is continuing to lay the foundations for long term sustainable production growth and to deliver value to its shareholders. Mining is expected to recommence at our main open pit at Gedabek in the near-term together with the installation of a second, dedicated crusher line for the flotation plant. 'These should significantly enhance our production profile throughout 2018.' | bleepy
16/1/2018 10:12 | General Motors, Toyota and Volkswagen have already outlined ambitious plans to offer more electric vehicles. Volkswagen said in November it would spend $40bn on electric cars, autonomous driving and new mobility services by the end of 2022 - doubling a previous commitment. That’s a lot of electric motors, wiring and charging infrastructure needing copper. | bleepy |
