07/4/2017 07:56 | It's useful to know the Plant is of new and good quality so I have to admit I found post useful - too many times junior miners our having "machinery/ mechanical faults". I'm not saying AAZ won't be subject to any mechanical problems in future, but it's good to know the kit is of good standard. | redtrend
07/4/2017 07:09 | I think the suggestion is AAZ know what is in the ground, there is a reason for the investment. Just a reminder for those who are unsure or have forgotten. Gold flying, could really break out today. | jbe81
06/4/2017 15:07 | Yes zhockey - just didn't understand what point Matjos was making - responding to a suggestion no-one had made. | unionhall
06/4/2017 15:03 | I think we all know that UH. Time will tell indeed. | zhockey
06/4/2017 08:41 | I don't think anyone suggested it was other than good kit.... The only concerns I've seen voiced here are the declining gold grades and consequent lower than expected revenues in recent Quarter/months from the current mine. Addded to the still unclear levels/grades of ore in new drilled areas.... Time will tell all.... | unionhall
05/4/2017 08:49 | Gold remaining perky and trying once again to take out that February high. N.Korea seems absolutely determined to antagonise Trump & USA, just before meeting with the Chinese. | mattjos
04/4/2017 21:24 | Where do you see the support in the chart Matt? | brasso3
04/4/2017 21:20 | Good thing is that if, like me, you are intending to Bed'n'ISA some more AAZ shares with new allowance this week, current price will enable a larger chunk to go into your ISA.£20k this year | mattjos
04/4/2017 21:02 | This lower level has held for 5 months now. Just.Gold is still comfortably (4%) over the $1,200 level, at which the company hedged last year so, I assume was a relevant figure for them and their future cash flow projections / debt repayment schedule.Whilst first 2 months gold production likely to have been a 'miss' I am still more interested in understanding how the total figures for gold, silver & copper production come out at & most importantly, the cost of production now we are on the grid.Next $2.5m repayment is when? May??Clearly the big catalyst likely to be exploration news but, if they maintain the interest & debt repayments in the interim & the mkt cap remains this subdued then, as/when positive exploration news arrives (500k oz initial find would do fine for another 10 years production) the sharper the upward move will be | mattjos
04/4/2017 09:44 | Q1 results will reveal 3 months of copper concentrate + gold flotation production + March leached Gold prod. Probably an [Urgur] drilling update too. A lot at stake. Expect the poor winter production released via Azerzi press have now been priced in by all but a few investors dependent upon AAZ newsfeed. Added a little more just now. 18.88p will get savaged if the above disappoint but even reassurance AAZ can make its targets should elicit a sprightly response. Wonder what it will take for the Chinese to decide that a bunch of Psychos + ICBM nukes next door will be more of a liability than a buffer state is an asset. Then again, what do they make of Bannonite intentions? | 2sporrans
04/4/2017 09:22 | Gold continues to do well | jbe81
03/4/2017 22:12 | Frustrating waiting but, mkt cap bordering on crazy once agIn now. Took a few more today with some trading gains from elsewhere. What we failed to get out of ground in Jan & Feb, we should get out of ground later in year & could well be at a higher price too.Terrible events in St. Petersburg. The French have an interesting decision looming | mattjos

03/4/2017 15:30 | When are q1 results due out. | casabella2
03/4/2017 11:40 | Agreed. Cantor will keep it where it is or move it down if they can. Suits the buyer too. PIs waiting for q1 results. Should see a big rise between then and May 10 | jbe81
01/4/2017 10:04 | I cannot see the share price going up until the Q1 results are out of the way. | brasso3
01/4/2017 09:37 | It feels to me AAZ have a constant geological battle and the considerable plant expenditure has been a reaction/ response to geology/ mining challenges rather than planned development. That they've done this without diluting shareholders is rare on AIM. For the market to truly re- rate AAZ they need: - updated resource/ reserves model ( that shows the gold is there @ 70-80k/ annum for 10 years - to deliver consistent quarterly production ( it seems shareholders are in a permanent state of anxiety around production). It's been mentioned many times but the PSC and 32% profit tax will always be a drag on price; it's time they got a better deal out of the govt. I hold | highly geared
01/4/2017 08:43 | Mattjos You missed out solicitors | ferries5
31/3/2017 23:46 | Hi Zhockey, I am confident Jbravo and Matt are on our bus... I keep adding when I can, like I keep saying, £20m valuation is ridiculous. It should not take to much change of sentiment to push us more near £80 to £100m. Just think how much time and money it as taken to build what is now a considerable mining plant, in a country where we remain to date the sole gold producers. Have a good week end all. | terropol
31/3/2017 17:14 | My money's on Catsick & Terropol now that Jbravo and Matt have lost the faith. | zhockey
31/3/2017 14:16 | I wonder who...... | cannonfodd3r
30/3/2017 18:33 | Very interesting. Other tenders: Not sure exactly what azergold do, looks like they need somebody to do everything. Even more interesting. This certainly seems to be the level that somebody is prepared to buy any shares available. Somebody thinks AAZ is a very good buy at this level. | jbe81 |
