Looks like a mistake in the RNS. They state "Six of the RC drill holes contained significant mineralisation above the cut-off grade of 0.3 grammes per tonne" but then report figures below 0.3g/t.

I suspect there is a 1 missing before all those grade results.

Looks like they spent a lot of time drilling off to the side of the previous holes and came up blank, the deeper cores they drilled have some good results but to guess at how much ore they have in total need to see a 3d map of what they have drilled, sounds like there is a good sized ore body of high grade that will be very cheap to mine, only question is from the rns its not possible to say the volume of ore, so we are still waiting .....

Looks like they rushed this out and I'm a little disappointed with the depth and area. 60m depth by 225 x 130m area only, seems to rule out a mega oxide deposit based on the zone they have drilled.

Good RNS but the grades look very low (0.1 - 0.3 g/t). Maybe this is not an issue with the deposits being so shallow. I would like to hear other peoples views.

I've not found many people who can predict future gold prices. Gold has a habit of doing the opposite of what most people expect.

What about the low grade ore again?? Although they have been talking about low grade ore from Gadir since start of year so dont quite understand how all of a sudden it is affecting production. I am wondering if there is another reason that hasnt been picked up by anyone yet.

The AAZ chart is still in an upward trend. I will only be worried if it closes below 22p in the next week or so. I expect gold to bottom out at $1100.

Yes but you are talking fundamentals. Fundamentals dont seem to be of interest to someone who can chart and predict future prices

10p a share would mean a market cap of below £10m. Even with gold down at $1000 an ounce AAZ would still be turning in a decent profit.

70,000oz x 0.87 x ($1000 - $700 AISC) = $18m (£13m).

Hard to imagine this going anywhere near 10p again providing they can still churn out 65,000 - 70,000oz next year. They have stated that the debt will be reduced to $32m by year end. That will mean in one calendar year they have paid off $18m. I think with a lower gold price environment they could still pay off $8m - $12m next year comfortably.

Low grade gold two months on the bounce needs reassurance from the company to stop this price sliding. CSM calling a slide to 10p from a charting viewpoint. How realistic is this???

So we tested 20p here but last high was lower again, 20p looks like will be tested again soon, unfortunately from the chart that has now built up if 20 fails the fall looks like it will be to around 10p and within a short space of time all IMHO dyor for those who are still holding I hope I'm wrong gla

POG has now fallen every day for about 2 weeks. Looks like it will fall below 1100. The production figures for November are poor imo. The weather was pretty mild so it must be the poor grades that were to blame. Sorry to report that the weather in the region is now very cold indeed and there has been quite a bit of snow which last winter affected transportation which resulted in disappointing figures. I hope that it does not happen again this year. The 10-14 day forecast is for very cold weather which will not help our cause. Just when things appeared to be turning in our favour we are hit with some disappointmets. We need those drilling results and they need to be good or else i can see us falling below 20p. There was plenty of selling today !

No one knows with any certainty even which the PoG is going tomorrow. So to have such a specific target is laughable.

MATTJOS, there is as i am sure you know, specific technical drilling rules before a resource can be announced to the market.
We have to assume they are not in that position yet, (assume having a bird in a room...but can not say you have it till you have got it in a cage...)

BSG, if gold dropped to below $1000, not many mines will keep open...

come along Reza .. lets have your exploration update soon please.

They must have sufficient data from Bittibulag, at the very least by now, to issue an update.

Gold's on a mission to get under $1000 in the new year. AAZ having low quality ore isn't helping, I hope it's not a long term trend for the future. As hopes of share price getting to £1.00 will be dashed.

Seems gold falls no matter what the news, is everything negative for gold.
Even Trump winning which was completely unexpected was negative.
