08/3/2024 14:39 | AAL should recover with time. It's a decent stock to have in any portfolio. | fuji99
08/3/2024 09:02 | 1901.00 - 1903.00 (GBX) at 09:02:17 on Market (LSE) | neilyb675
07/3/2024 09:45 | AAL has less issued shares than the other majors so its moves up or down are a lot more sharper. | fuji99
07/3/2024 08:32 | looks like its broken out the descending wedge on the chart....all good! | r88ave
06/3/2024 19:07 | The largest use of palladium today is in catalytic converters. Palladium is also used in jewelry, dentistry, watch making, blood sugar test strips, aircraft spark plugs, surgical instruments, and electrical contacts. Palladium is also used to make some professional transverse (concert or classical) flutes. As a commodity, palladium bullion has ISO currency codes of XPD and 964. Palladium is one of only four metals to have such codes, the others being gold, silver and platinum. Because it adsorbs hydrogen, palladium was a key component of the controversial cold fusion experiments of the late 1980s. | neilyb675
06/3/2024 18:08 | Palladium futures up 10% today which accounts 30% of aal market export. | r88ave
06/3/2024 15:14 | Looking good today, long may it continue.... | r88ave
06/3/2024 14:51 | Anticipated lower interest rates coupled with higher demand for specific materials such as Palladium will improve miners in the medium term. Automobile industry in particular need more palladium per vehicle to meet tightening emissions standards going around for a few years now. One can imagine the number of automobile/truck factories around the world producing millions of vehicles ! | fuji99
06/3/2024 07:54 | I think it was an error on this website volume traded, others state around 8.5m. Up at the moment in south africa index 0.45% see what happens LSE opens.. Im expecting to surpass yesterday high 1740 area today (hoepfully!) | r88ave
05/3/2024 14:56 | Did anyone notice the abnormal volume today ? Almost 18 million shares traded so far, before 3.00pm ! Never seen this before. | fuji99
05/3/2024 10:57 | i suspect due to consolidation of mining industry over the years, it would be a shame if AAL gets bid approach before managing to open the huge potash in Whitby. The upside from this alone would be huge...although it is a long way off...but the asset is very useful one for big firms like rio glencore and BHP... | r88ave
05/3/2024 10:29 | One shoud check the share price on 31st of December. I also feel some kind of consolidation may start in this sector as the UK stocks in particular, are well undervalued (A few approaches for Currys; today Spirent taken over). Many years ago it was BHP targeting RIO. AAL with its precious and rare metals could be a smaller fish to swallow. (Market Caps: BHP = 115B, RIO = 82B, AAL = 23B). | fuji99
05/3/2024 10:19 | just looked again at the charts the current price is back at the covid levels.Strong support around 1630p area, hopefully it should do well from herein the long run. Defo one to put away for rainy day | r88ave
05/3/2024 10:18 | While waiting for the recovery, not bad collecting 32.3p divi on 3rd of May (Ex. divi date is 14 March - not missing it). | fuji99
05/3/2024 09:15 | Way oversold this bought in at 1670 this morning for recovery long term | r88ave

04/3/2024 15:20 | Unfortunately the whole sector has sunk today. Retailers too. | fuji99
