Better still, he should get Berwick to do it.

Sefton needs to go.

Top-up time, 08:15 is usually the sweet spot .

But given yesterday's fall, the down time at the open could be very short lived?

I'll be delighted to get anything under 7p.

This is all very odd.
Given everyone expected news this week, how did Sefton think a delay wouldn't cause investors to start asking questions?
Sefton should have announced this in advance when they discovered the need to replace worn parts, I understand the urge to say nothing but a delay of more than a few days at this stage was always going to become apparent.

He needs to update us on timelines here.

Immediately.

Omg you are talking such rubbish. Use your head and some logic not your emotions otherwise investing will give you a heart attack!

Clearly information from the site is leaking out, and someone or more likely several people have been engaging in insider trading.

Not that anything will be done about it.

I will be buying on the way down today as I do açcept the need to replace parts in a prudent fashion.

And there is the reason for the constant selling.

This company is fast becoming the laughing stock of aim

Never seen a company come up with so many excuses....this well has been 1.5yrs in the making and still they have delays....Sefton is just another fly by night cowboy scamming investors out of their hard earned cash. To think i originally invested here 1.5yrs ago....glad I came to my senses shortly after....just hope others do before it’s too late.

It was a very serious price sensitive rumour. Normally, AAOG are very quick to respond to these things. Their silence is what worries me. They need to put this to bed and should.

We should know something today, I'm dreading a late afternoon Friday RNS otherwise.

Whatever happeneds..... If there is a problem, David Sefton has quickly metamorphosised into ex Knighthawk David Bramhill.

He isn't the only problem for AAOG.

Every poster appears to have a simple plan.

Hold for the rise on Mengo and offload before Djeno.

Not possible, the crowd can't all leave together.

Looking at his tweets, he probably was at the African Oil conference.

He has the hots for the Pope too.

Think we will have some idea tomorrow either way.

We can only hope for good and not bad news now.

Good find though HS

The only Norwegian company dealing in Congo is Hemla :

It's the only way he would have ties with the local company or any local knowledge I guess.

He appears to have lost money last Autumn, and has been on a demented rant ever since. He is quite twisted in his methods, suggesting illegal activities, recklessly accusing named individuals.

A very bitter individual indeed.

#aaog what woud a lisense be worth if we see that Gerrard Bourouin paid official or ministry to obtaining it ! Company fold on the spot. This is recklessly! The article says it all. Glad Iam out !

#aaog answers from sefton are so bad. No clarity on cash. There have 3M£ not eaven enough for 56% of 103 ! And SNPC ? Disappointing ! Feel cheeted as small investor

It appears we have a bitter investor, who lost money on AAOG.

It's the constant, relentless selling iver the past few days that I think points to bad news on the way more than anything else. If that 600k was a delayed sell, that was what caused the huge spike downwards mid day. That's never gonna spell good news.

Either way, I think there will be some news tomorrow. Sadly, I think it's going to be bad.

Any rig problems, and AAOG are finished. Any trust in them is dust and the CLN's will do the rest.

Hoping I'm wrong but like the poster says above, there seems to be fire where the smoke is coming from

He isn't just a throws creation on Twitter like the usual Indian bucket shop attack on AIM.
His mention of the oil conference and Loeme add weight that he has sophisticated experience or inside knowledge.

Who could it be?

I still think he's a liar and up to no good.

But a reassuring tweet would be, reassuring.

hxxp://www.africa-oilweek.com/
this is where the Oil people gather this week.

Don't know how the Viking knows about it, maybe he's there.

The salt layer, Honest, is the Loeme Salt. A regional salt Layer from the Aptian (early Cretaceous) covering most of South Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Congo, etc.
This is the salt the driller have to go through prior to enter the R1/R2 on Tilapia.
This gets interesting, as this is where we should be drilling as we speak. This leads me to think that there is not just pure nonsense in the Pope Fan.
Still, a message from the duo in charge out of their plane will save us worry and help us start the day on a good trend for the share price ! Took an unwanted beating really.

Let's see.

There was a poster earlier on lse claiming management going to respond when they got off a plane?

Has anyone been in contact?

The Scandinavian deramper mentioned Cape Town, where an oil conference is happening?
Are the deadly duo in attendance?

He also mention a named salt layer, anyone able to comment?

It was probably a sell.
