Are you being obtuse? The could be said if you had breakthroughs at Imperial College or Cambridge Uni. This is a commercial operation ffs - AN has to monetise the bloody system! That is what the market considers as delivery having poured millions into the company over the years.

With respect, the market is agnostic. What the share price is telling us is that (1) impossible to value this company in the absence of cashflows (2) management is thin (3) market lacks patience (4) in a bear market long duration assets (i.e. unprofitable) companies like Angle are only valued on conctrete delivery.

I've no idea why SK is allowing you on this board ...You have one objective and that's to wind up serious posters on here. None of the long term holders give one jot the short term share price ...i for one covet it going lower ...I've been adding every day under 70 ! 60p resistance now broken so this will now slide out of control in the absence of positive news or deals. I suggested 50p soon but can see it sliding lower before the year is out unless AN decides shareholder value is important and gets someone capable to run the business side. On a side note, the serial rampers with their own agendas should be removed from this board as a matter of urgency.

@Fevertreeman ... Abbott will demand exclusivity. AN, given his philanthropic tendencies and general outlook, will never offer that. So, to get exclusivity, Abbott will likely have to buy the company. I think there is a good chance that any take-over offer by Abbott will lead to a bidding war ... with exclusivity the prize.

AN will not have much/any control over how this would all pan out ... and he would probably not be able to realize his philanthropic ambitions. But it could work out very well for holders. AN lacking the basic motivation to cut a deal that best serves shareholder interests is a real concern, however, especially in the context of wider governance concerns (all far too cosy imho). I am coming round to the view that a mangement shake-up really is necessary.

This industry is all about talking. If I had a dollar for every pharma/biotech CEO at US investor conferences I've attended over the years whose pitch consisted of "we have an amazing prduct/product line & we are in discussions with numerous major international players" I'd be an extremely rich man.

The point here is that AN isnt giving shareholders any milestones to hang investment decisions on. It is more a case of "Trust me, I know what I'm doing!". I am sure that the hard-nosed execs at Abbott are very happy to continue talking with AN , knowing that time is on their side and that by playing the long game they are likely to license in/pick the company up for a song. AN has little or no power in the negotiations unless he can create competitive tension - with players willing to acquire/sign licensing deals for the parsortix system. And therein lies his probelm ; Abbott will want exclusivity & AN talks about doing multiple deals...
