FTM. So what 'prongs' would you have sidelined? The prostrate study deal with Solaris with the potential to assist with its 750k patients testingOrThe establishment of 2 laboratories set up to offer trial assays and ad-hoc analysis of any cancer type sample, for a minimum £1k per sampleOrThe ovarian trial with the university of Vienna as part of FDA submissionOr seeking out 20+ pharma companies for deals pendingOr Discussions with UK. Clinics NHS/private to be revealedWhich of the above should have been cancelledAnd just to prove how pathetic your argument is you suggest that setting up a Czech distributor has exhausted resources. You have no idea. How long that took. You accuse the board of not pulling their weight, How do you know that, are you present at the meetings .You do not have a clue what you're talking about

Share price tells its own story. Raised cash at 80p with presumably a bullish presentation to BG and others. share price is now what 25pc below that, and dont tell me its all down to the market. it isnt.

Henley seems to be a sober and sensible individual. His comments are spot on. The problem my impertinent friend is:

1. Company Culture: ask yourself why the much-heralded appointment of the CMO Todd Druly as recently as November 2021 ended with him leaving so quickly afterwards. Senior folk dont jump ship that quickly if the senior leadership team functions properly. So the culture needs overhauling, and thathas to start with a realistic review of AN's management style, his team, the recruitment process, etc

2. Strategy: the multi-pronged approach sounds fine on paper but is it realsitc? is it too ambitious? How much management time has been consumed setting up distribtuion arrangemetns in Czech Rep, that could have been better served commercially? Do they have the resources to manage all these work streams? No financial milestones, no operating milestones, so how can anyone model this business

3. Communications with Shareholders & Board oversight:

3.

Bermuda - re your 14604, yes & to put "They are in active discussions with distributors covering vast geographical areas including Europe, the Middle East, India and China." into context, each having sophisticated markets in their own right & a massive combined population in excess of 3.5bn

Not a secondary market to be sniffed at.

Time for the Chairman to be replaced with someone who can wield a big stick over the CEO’s head. Set realistic revenue goals and key milestones for the company and hold AN to account. Share price now 30% below placing price, I’m sure Baillie Gifford and others are really chuffed with that performance and making congratulatory phone calls to AN on his Czech distribution agreement. Keep up the good work Andrew!
