Well, we are well into July and the company is still publicly expressing confidence in hitting the revenue forecasts for this year. With only five and a half months to go they must have a pretty good idea of what is coming down the line that will allow them to do so.

I’m alright thanks mate, those presentations are sales pitches and I’m certainly now going to travel to ask where the magic money tree is growing from. If indeed they said they only hope to get 1-2 more deals signed H2, that is new news and something I’m free to comment on. Which is all I’m doing.

Genuinely surprised that’s passed without any other comments.

If you are that interested in revenue projections ADW, then I suggest you make the effort and attend one of the investor meetings and ask them directly rather than keep repeating the same thing again, again and again. It's getting rather tedious!

IG said the pipeline is strong and healthy he was confident that revenue will grow significantly. Still projecting to be cash positive by end of 2025.

Folks, I’d really encourage some objectivity. It’s great telling everyone that the raise was great (and in fairness it was indeed one of the better raises) but wasn’t anything asked or said about where the H2 revenue is coming from? The more the revenue keeps being missed but promised, the more this becomes a jam tomorrow stock. I appreciate there’s some potential huge upside but I find it surprising people can flippantly call it cheap at £40m, given there’s no sign of when a commercially viable business might emerge. Whilst I was interested in a trade if it drifted to say 12p on no deals, if they did indeed say they (only) hope for 1-2 deals then this is going to drop way below that. Sorry but that’s how I see it.

Couple of other points mentioned by AN, the discount placing was lowest in the sector this year and that the backers in the placing have strong believe in the business and product. I think one of the HNW who backed it was at the AGM.

Supernanny it's not been good for lth'ers that's for sure so far. Sometimes you have to read between the lines as nodoby knows until after the event otherwise this game would be easy.

Divmad I think given the one or two deals AN eluded to will be initial contacts which we know are limited in value it's a case of at what point the revenue target miss is reported. Will the house broker force them to update the market again like berenverg did?

Can agl pull a rabbit out of the hat that will mean they hit the target? I think it's unlikely now as the tuning is out of ANs hands mostly.

Place your bets or not as the case may be.

bones - I like the 'unfortunately' - you must be really sad about that :¬)

Div - I detected 3 questions hidden in there - could you be a bit more precise?

So, the question of the hour is, will AGl see the upside from potential new pharma contract deals before, or after, a possibly disappointing TU?

Unfortunately my random guesses have proved pretty good with AGL over the years. I've done OK put of agl which not many can say so far tbh.i do want to buy back in at some point but it seems there is no rush after some of the feedback from the agm. I'll wait to see the TU next month first

Cheer up bones ;¬) All we have to do is await events and then we'll know exactly how accurate your thinks, seems, likes, suspicions, whens, whats, etc (aka random guesses) are :¬)

I think the revenue target of 6.6m looks highly unlikely now, time lines seem to have slipped again not all agls fault but still means delays with a lot seemingly being pushed into 2025.
They have their fingers in a lot of pies though but as always it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get things moving.

With that in mind it would seem a revenue miss is coming although I'm not sure when they would update the market on this. Next TU in August or later? Given the impact of the last revenue miss which was minor in comparison and the disaster it caused to the share price it begs the question is it better to wait to buy until after that.

I also assume the recent fund raise might have been done before this happened while they had the chance at 15p.

Losses have dropped to 1.3m a month, I would uld have liked them lower maybe 12m but suspect with all the hiring that would prove difficult but it would have make hitting break even easier to achieve.

There is no doubt this will come good at some point the market is vast and they are in with some big players it's just when the turning point will come and what's the low point to best maximise profits.

One big deal changes the game but it's proving elusive and has done for a while now.

Thanks for the write up. Surprised nobody has picked up on the negative outlook here.

“Angle are also currently in discussions with 11 pharma / biotech customers (6 of them are house hold names) and *hope to add one or possibly two of these to the list of customers this year*”

That’s pretty poor for a company hoping to do £5m revenue H2. They did 3 deals in H1, so where’s the revenue coming from?

Thanks for the feedback

All that talk from the trolls about Angle struggling to raise funds was rubbish

We knew the placing was oversubscribed because they raised slightly more than intended in the first round

Angle also managed to raise at a very small discount considering it's a difficult sector and it's not been easy in recent years
