Pretty sure it's the ex FD's holding the trades exactly match his holding from the 2010 Annual Report (409,206).

Jean Jacques Murry has 410845 shares as per the holding notice.

or maybe it's the ex finance director selling his holding after leaving last month.

We will have to wait and see, I'm sure there will be an RNS.

First company buyback for over 6 months - hoping more to come, certainly helped the share price late last year/early 2011. Merry Christmas

Well it aint bad bb. I think Abu Dhabi has been fairly buoyant for some time.

Get the impression that Dubai is seeing an increase in construction work as well now.

Seem to recall that a couple of times , the day before a divi announcement , a small block of stock was sold.
Seem to recall we speculated before who may have sold them and wondered if it was something to do with the tax position of our "non-domiciled" share holders.
Hardly think it is worth doing on such a small amount (relatively)

I reckon the company may snaffle what's left of the 12.5k before next weeks xd date.

I was the other 1K this morning, starting to build up a holding again after paying off my mortgage at 227.5p. Can't see a viable alternate to put my money.
They dont need much cash for buybacks as buying ALL of the remaining shares back would only cost about £7-8m. I reckon they will have over £15m cash by the end of next year. Depends how the winter goes, of course. Dont understand that sale the other day, 12k ish at 167p. They could have sold back to the co at a higher price and for a largish shareholder not to know much about whats going on is a bit odd I think.

Nice to get another divi and happy in re-investing it in another 2.5k purchase.

I assume Switzerland and Italy will have required a fair amount of cash investment to get them up and running.

They did refer to it as an interim payment so I guess we might be on the cards for a similar amount at the finals stage. I guess caution ruled the day.
