If ADL had never existed would Indonesia be able to set up similar projects without them - YES

What genuine value does ADL add? They supposedly have lots of connections in Indonesia. Do PERTAMINA not have all those connections themselves? YES of course they do. Linking in Seimens is a useful thing to have done and a one off introduction fee would be entirely appropriate.

What price do you think they are trying to do the placing at? Or do you think the selling into the spike generated by the non news is just the bucket shops cutting their losses on the last placing they could not forward sell?

There are 4.7 Bn shares in issue. At 3p market cap would be £140m. On a PE of 20 (very generous) they would need to be making £7m pa in post tax profit. The reality is shareholders would be very lucky if by the time ADL saw any money at all from this or any other project (no chance of that occurring in the next 18 months given that none of the projects are on RUPTL) there were not at least 10Bn shares in issue - MCap £300M at 3p so Post Tax Profit of £15m, assuming P/E of 20.

You are right that the other JV partners would take the lion share of any profit from the project and at best there would be crumbs left for ADL (I would not be surprised if ADL did not just get a one off introduction fee payment, given that is all they have really done). On this basis perhaps you would like to review your ludicrous post. At the very least you could remove the apostrophes from the words which are just plurals.

On paper this is dead and buried , but like all down and out's there is a glimmer of hope here , the big boy's Siemens etc will reap the major benefit's of any viable contracts , but this little gem in the making will rise probably around 3/5p yes look back in 18 months and enjoy.

Perhaps you can explain this. Pertamina have access to gas, Seimens have power plants. There is a need to invest in infrastructure to make the whole thing work which requires money, which ADL cannot provide, so what exactly is ADL's valuable input into this JV? Based on this, what share of any eventual project (noting it is not even on the RUPTL yet) would be attributable to ADL? Surely to have the faintest idea of whether there is any upside at all you need to be able to answer this.

In the meantime how much more dilution is going to occur? as that significantly affects the number of times it could bag. Without being able to answer the dilution question and the above question your post is nothing more than a mindless ramp.

Whilst you are answering questions you might like to have a go at the one posed to ronjoe above, at least you appear to be vaguely literate, unlike ronjoe.

Solid binding news and funding is the only thing that will turn the tide.Siemens being involved only adds credibility, but still no practical detail.Come on DW. High risk here but it's rare to have quite so much potential upside. If they do pull it off it could be a bagging record.DYOR, GLA
