Yogi.. Nice sarcasm but my point being that IT IS ONLY A MOU and not a company changing RNS.. And yes people dont have confidence in DW and his Bod and they sold out that is why the share price is at all time lows.. As shareholders in this company the BOD do have a responsibilty to engage with shareholders and try to dot some of the I's and cross some og the Ts for us.. I dont expect a RNS on a Daily basis but when a company has a contacts tab on its website where you can Message/Enquire of them but then ignores those messages then obviously it rubs PIs up the wrong way.. My 3 emails to Whitby and Gorringe related to previous RNAs to clear up some concerns i had.
Ive spoken face to face with DW and members of the bod and i found them very engaging so forgive me if get a little concerned when they start ignoring simple questions..
And if you take a little peek at the share price you will see that again it cant hold a rise on positive news..

I'm aware it is a MOU Tony it is in the RNS and in the title, quite clear. For those who don't have confidence that DW and his BOD can deliver then selling would obviously be right for them. However if they do deliver then the upside from here will be significant , but they have to deliver of course. Nothing certain of Iknow but I don't think the potential is anywhere near reflected in the market cap. Impatient shareholders is consistent across many AIM companies but they can't keep releasing RNS on a daily or weekly basis to keep everyone impatient PI satisfied.

A week ago few had any interest in VAST the usual comments criticising the BOD and lack of news, want to know this and that etc........if only they had listened to what they were being told by the BOD and ignored the trolls then they would have been able to buy for a lot less than they are scrabbling for today at a much higher share price

I'm not sure the significance of this deal has been taken in by the market yet. Clearly there are more hurdles to overcome yet but the BOD have been making progress and the potential is huge if they can deliver what they have set out.

Repeating myself here but the involvement of Siemens is a big plus for ADL in my opinion.
