Oh dear not enough mug punters to absorb the forward selling. How big a discount is this placing going to have to be at? Particularly after the last one where the bucket shops either lost money or were unable to flip?

Andalas has signed a (24-month) memorandum of understanding with Pertamina Power Indonesia and Siemens AG. The agreement is to develop a gas to power operation at the Pupsa field in Sumatra and includes binding provisions relating to exclusivity, costs and the joint pursuit of the project.

Our View: This news demonstrates the reality of Andalas’ Indonesian gas to power activities and the credibility of its management team. Siemens has broad Indonesian power experience and will bring financial muscle and expertise to the consortium. Andalas’ partners now include Pertamina (279 in global Fortune 500), Siemens (€ 100b market cap) and PT PP Persero (US$1.4b market cap). We have a Speculative Buy recommendation and 0.2p price target.

Ive emailed him (fwiw) to give us a bit more info on this Puspa Field.. I cant find it anywhere on the site. On the web i can find Puspa in the Jambi province which makes a bit of sense..

Not surprised - the rhetoric and implied timescales were out of kilter with reality - that said most PI timelines are unrealistic. Is this another project though! Different name !

P13.. I was speaking to a few ex holders last week and the negative sentiment is still there. It will need a lot to get these guys back in here. As i said earlier we could do with a couple more of these to get us back up to a sensible share price and Whitby needs to get his comms sorted.. Apart from that ADL could be a nice little company in the next 18 months..

Indeed - aware it's an mou but imo this really is starting to shape up. Little ADL working with huge and prestigious companies to help solve an energy deficit. And as I've said many time before the beauty of this strategy is that 1) it's easily scaleable 2) for IPP's it's super fast to power generation - typical IPP for say a coal to power play can be 7 years according to GE. This should be 2 years 3) early revenue generating opportunities as stated in prior RNS 4) once PPA signed - sell down opportunitiesTremendous upside potential.
