Well Robin you are managing to buck the trend of every mining stock in the world. Unfortunately they are all trending upwards. Maybe some news or an update would be appreciated by shareholders.

That’s a very tight spread between bid and offer (1.57 and 1.64) - one has to ask is this significant? Are we near the so called event time?

So they applied for an extension in October as a precautionary matter but then took an extra 3-4 months after 1 Dec? I hope we do not leave it until 31/3 and given all the consequent required actions I do not understand why we should.

Hi Mr MadE.

"imminent biological and chemical warfare"

I think we are currently experiencing the first part of that, C19, curtesy of China.

Good to see some articulate intelligent bearish comments. Now the man we call Robert said this in September, can you explain what this fund raise is for please Eddie you cheeky little monkey. In conjunction with the development of the BFS work programme, the Company has also been keeping discussions open with potential offtake partners. It is the Company's belief that the successful completion of a binding offtake agreement will provide access to the types of institutional investors who provide financing for BFS programmes. We envisage that this funding will be principally through debt and would be sufficient to fund the BFS programme and sustain the Company's activity through to the completion of the BFS.

Oilpipe no way can i see a 1p fundraise here even in current market - lowest i can envisage is 1.3p - 1.35p level if they do it.As for your comment ref Patsy lol anyone who operates in russ by definition has to be!

Im not a fan of RY but Habib is decent guy that likes to think big, maybe the paymasters in the east realised habib was not onside with them and was more aligned to shareholders hence the vote? only explanation i can see.

7p may look cheap if Mr. Bowen's opens a deal and Mr. Habib raises debt on the back of it. The asset you have here is quite eye watering

MadEngland good to see you are still batting off the rampers and bashers alike. NYC has gone mad for future metal deals so if there is a sniff of it here it will fly for sure. I had not realised Mr. Bowen had bought so many shares. The IG Cooper and Freeport story is a legend and very similar to where Amur minerals finds itself. For what it's worth I agree that NRR holds the finances more than together and Mr. Young needs to deliver that TEO. Good luck, I am back in UK and that could be a lucky omen again friends

Well done Tom on this previous achievement. With an even stronger wind on our necks I am sure you'll be working an even better deal coupled with Adam's expertise. "IGC's outstanding accomplishments include the early-stage exploration work leading to the discovery of the Malmyzh district, the completion of demanding work programs that advanced the project according to the requirements of the Russian Federation, as well as western reporting standards, and the execution of the process that culminated in the sale of the project to RCC."

AMC as all genuine holders know has adequate funding to get to TEO, and whilst we have non binding off takes the TEO opens the door to capitalising, which in turn leads to debt options. The copper stream has long been mooted an opportunity and its unshackling from the nickel stream significant. Always reassuring that the non exec director who holds and bought the most shares is Mr. Bowen. The man who makes deals....https://igcopper.net/#:~:text=IG%20Copper%20LLC%2C%20%28IGC%29%20between%202010%20and%202018%2C,a%20leading%20copper%20producer%20in%20the%20Russian%20Federation.

Eddie Jackson - contrary to many of the pumpers on here who claim Amc do not need to raise funds i find that quite laughable. The pure and simple facts are that Amur do not have anywhere near the level of funding needed to get any sort of deal over the line at KM or make any further progress.Just need to take a look at their history to see that, but the question right now would be in the current market and the ongoing chaos and civil unrest in russia, what sort of price could they raise at ?? in my opinion it would be close to 1p and maybe with warrants at 1.3p added on.

The other elephant in the room is the national strategic classification of KM,and you have to ask would the regime in russia allow a foreign company to control and mine one ifs most important resources? so if KM is ever sold it would likely be to a russian consortium and i doubt they would pay anywhere near market value for it.

So in a sense the Amc boss is seen very much as a patsy by the regime,i fear this will not end well.

Worth considering the relative risk of Russia is lowering in comparison to Brazil....I would like to thank all of our stakeholders for their continued support and we look forward to updating you with our progress as we continue to assess opportunities to steer Anglo Pacific towards becoming a growth royalty and streaming business, focused on 21st century materials."

Ps I do hope you are right on the forward selling, it's going to make for an interesting day when the news hits. Think I may buy some more just for the trade on that day as people panic to buy back. Why not Hej

Au contraire, I think any long term holder knows that the form has always been the share being pumped before a placing. The NRR deal secured adequate short term funding and the copper and nickel stream separation will secure a decent royalty deal to fund this to BFS and secure debt.
