Max you are showing your deramper credentials.... a much more subtle attempt than under previous guises. Why would there be a discounted placing at this point. Do humour us pls. As for insider trading. Who are these individuals? PI? The people you are trying to contact to vote RY out? Come on

Or they have entered into an NDA as they thrash out a deal! These things happen!

"So much value increasing news is due which I believe interested parties would want to hold back as they trash out a deal.*"
So you are indicating, that the possible interested parties in AMUR do not want news released, as that would lift the share price considerably and therefore would be in conflict with their low intended offer, if there was one.....hmmm. Manipulation at its best IMO.

AMC - RUSSIAN TAKEOVER OR BFS – DEAL OR NO DEAL IN 2021??I think 2021 will be a very important year here and hopefully things are happening behind the scenes.*We have had radio silence from the BOD for a very long time now and maybe something is brewing behind closed doors. Adam Habib was brought in and did a great job with the NRR deal securing a solid income for AMC which is very uncommon for an AIM listed mining Exploration Company. This helped raise the profile of AMC. He also was successful in negotiating a non-binding off take with who many assume Glencore given his contacts with them. They will be well aware of the strategic importance of the AMC's licenced mining zone, Kun Manie.Given the importance of this asset is in Russia and opening up the Amur region, there will always be interest from the home country. Many believe there have been Russian companies getting involved given how quick the shares from a recent placing were snapped up. Adam recently was up for re-election at the companies AGM and very oddly was not re-elected. No normal PI or the BOD would have voted against Adam. This has led many believe that interested Russian parties who secured many shares in the recent placing voted him down. This was not because Adam was doing a poor job, but simply to reduce the chance of Western takeover and reduce the takeover price for themselves or in the interest of bigger players. *Why I think the next few months will be very interesting.*- The BOD is now in radio silence mode. Given that so much news was due, this is very strange. The board have been quite in the past but things feel different this time. Nickel price is booming and EV and the fight against climate change is front and centre of most governments. *- Adam has recently taken up a new Deal Making role with EUZ . This to me suggests we could be in final takeover negotiations & his role of securing investment are complete with the NRR deal. As president of AMC, I don't think he would be allowed to take this role due to conflict of interest and his need to secure a binding off take deal crucial to take us to BFS (Western Banking Feasibility). The Russian equivalent TEO would be enough to secure bank financing. AMC's TEO is due to be submitted any day now with Q1 being the latest as per their RNS regards this. *- Age of BOD – given the age of Robin Young and co. an easy deal now would make sense to enjoy the fruits of his hard work over the years. He will want the best price and I believe shareholders will get a good deal. Proceeding with the BFS route would take maybe 2-5 years minimum. The decision to allow Adam to take the role at EUZ suggests they are concentrating on doing a deal with a Russian Company. Radio silence suggests an NDA could be in place. So much value increasing news is due which I believe interested parties would want to hold back as they trash out a deal.*- Given the time it takes to bring a mine such as this into production (approx. 7 years) means interested parties need to move now!!

There is no need for a placing. That's what the NRR deal was about. We are simply awaiting the long awaited TEO submission which may

Looks like the shorters are starting to circle now...i do hope there not a leak on a deeply discounted placing again. On balance max i would say yes the ceo needs to go but only if they can appoint someone proven and connected otherwise amc holders will just keep getting kicked in the nads again.

It's very surprising that RY has not taken the time to update shareholders given the two situations, namely Adam's position post AGM and the TEO. The first half of Jan was understandably no news but we've now drifted into Feb. Surely we must deserve some form of update at least

max olding,it is such a shame that amc seems to have the monty python of ceo,s and i am actually quite angry he is still here in post.If you do manage to get some sort of action going i will happily support it because i do not trust that dude in charge here.

Barry,as far as i know "robin hood" is still pulling the strings here,i do however ask an honest question to shareholders which is who do you think robin is working for?

Amur has been listed for more than 15 years now and i could reasonably argue that in that whole time nothing has been achieved whatsoever (except massive dilution of shares).

Can you imagine what could have happened in those 15 years had Amur appointed a proactive ceo with a focus to monitise the assets. We only need to glance across at EUA to see what even modest good management can do.

Amur needs a new CEO its as simple as that, and shareholders are the only route to make that change. If another giveaway deep discounted placing lands again i fear for the future here and the endgame could get nasty.

Max have you ejected that waster Robin yet? It's amazing to see the shareholder power you have conjured up with a couple of posts and a new thread. It is like a Marcus Rashford moment, well done

Hi all. Here is another who reads all your posts but doesnt post themselves. What point when the vital info // 2018 results mine plan not available.
As others with billions of proven reserves in the ground share price is un real. My average 12 12p Price has been 1.6 an 44p.

Ive wondered along the way why ry hasnt shouted from the rooftops what we have, and with the 2018 results its not really clear if we sort of know them or not. After 2years missing teo deadline was strange. There has to be a reason for tis, good or bad.

I haven't seen these recent comments on lse board where many other posters are.

RY is a geologist, he did an amazing job finding this deposit, drill hole after drill hole adding almost every time.

eddie / Nostra,i say to you in all honesty that this man running Amur is no longer suitable and is inept at every level. There is growing unrest among shareholders that the company is not being led correctly and a change is needed.

Guys many thanks for your responses,i think the idea of raising an EGM might be the
way to go if we can get the required support. One thing for sure is that if the Ceo hits us with another nearterm heavily discounted placing as is rumoured it will only hasten his demise.

If anyone here has any experience of setting up a telegram group maybe we can start getting organised and pro-active on the EGM front ?? we need to act.

I think it's been said many times to correct you there Eddie.I am afraid with the governance of the board set the way it is, the only route is as you suggest to rally the many thousands of PI to raise an EGM. It's going to be a tall order making contact. I suspect we don't have 20% of shareholders reading this BB.... and clearly many who've come out woodwork today haven't been reading prior.

Hello max - i totally agree with your comments about needing a change of ceo here !

RY is killing AMC and to be honest it is hard to watch and he needs to be made aware that shareholders are not happy with him leading us.To give you an idea of how much confidence i have in the ceo i reckon if he had 15 footballs on the 6 yard line and no goalkeeper every single ball would go over the bar or wide of the post and many even at the corner flag !! he is useless imvho

Max - finally someone has said what many of us have been thinking! we as shareholders need to make this happen and make it happen fast.My suggestion would be for someone to actually start up an official campaign or telegram group and possibly create a long running twitter poll, send emails to the company, and make sure it is discussed on public forums. We cannot go on and on like this with RY at the helm because we might not have a company with any value left at the end.I think you are correct sir - a new ceo here will boost share price massively and give us a chance of at least staying in business long enough to get some deals moving.

Max I've long felt that RY should retire. However, and it's a big however.... given we have a non exec chair and no institutional shareholders, what's your plan to make it happen? Seems a tough one although I admire your thoughts

Been an avid follower of AMC but I agree RY has been around not delivering for too long.Went to numerous evenings in Chesterfield Hotel and heard the positive future - got sucked in and lost lots. Have always wanted to get back in but difficult to trust someone who says the same today as he was saying 3 or 4 years ago in a hotel in London.Salary far too high plus not linked enough to performance.

Guys i have been an AMC holder for longer than i care to mention ! i think it is time for the CEO to now GO,recent revelations have only added further mistrust in the BOD on top of the Habib debacle.

Can you imagine if the CEO was replaced (for example someone from EUA with a decent track record). That alone could increase the share price here 400%,how can it be possible that a ceo can oversee a 90% destruction in company value and shocking dilutions at the same time that their key markets are soaring, and not be questioned ?

Shareholders need to act to get some decent management in and get us back in with a shout of a 20 bagger. See this thread :
