It is because markets across the globe are worried about the virus in China, nickel price plunged and considering the whole markets panic amc has done well. If not progress towards teo then amc share price would be much lower.

Selling pressure appears to have increased in the last 2 trading days in the run up to the placing announcement.

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……"

NEXT PLACING THEREFORE IMMINENT - RNS TODAY DID NOT CREATE THE RALLY HOPED.



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February 2020, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

Dec is the final deadline but there is no way it will be submitted without it already having been given the nod, in my opinion, as the document is progressed/updated. For a doc of such magnitude you would expect full drafts to be circulating at least 2 months prior to submission (and I too personally doubt it will be Dec). Drafts of individual sections could be doing rounds prior to that as they become available. It always helps when the people who require the document want it to be successful. I would expect the authorities to work with AMC so that the final submission becomes a fait a complis in terms of having ticked the necessary boxes. I think it's interesting we're already seeing Submitted and Approved cropping up in these RNSs, perhaps the pace is quickening.

Based upon prior experience, you'd say no..But, if you look at the make up of the TEO in the link within the RNS, it is easy to identify that most of the elements will have been produced for the PFS.Couple this with those that have recently been completed and there is very little outstanding..We know that AMC will require cash around end if March, yet they purposely cleared the Riverfort deal at the end of the year..I'd not be surprised to see the TEO and a major joining soon

I think the deadline for the TEO is end 2020, can't imagine RY is going to suddenly start beating deadlines can you Crazy? But think we should expect metallurgy and 2018 drill results very soon if the below statement has any value..... from the TEO update....- The completion of these studies will provide inputs into the next stages of the TEO study areas scheduled to commence in January 2020: -

The game was up years ago when the clever ones, the socially capable with rich, fulfilling lives who were much too important to lurk on the edges of share boards, made it very clear that only an idiot would think the Russians would approve the licence. That the deposit was in such a remote area of Russia that nothing would ever happen there. And why would anyone want more nickel anyway, especially AMC's type, it's only used in steel production.

Gerryjames, this is just an another piece of the picture coming together and continues to minimise the risk. There is not many more and then I believe a major will step in in some way. .As for the airships, yes it hasn't been progressed as obviously not economical, but I would rather a company thought outside the box and strived than didn't.

Does he really imagine a Major Minning Company will risk billions on the evidence Amur Minerals has provded. And make him rich. A two bit AIM outfit which has spent the last 15 years grubbing about in the middle of nowhere. Now only able to raise wages from professional stock wringers.

Metallurgy results first I'd imagine.....The reports received on the Rock Mechanics, Reserves Estimates and Metallurgical studies are highly detailed and technical documents which the Company is currently reviewing and translating. It is important to note that a thorough review by the Company is a normal procedure before accepting the results of the studies and accompanying reports.The completion of these studies will provide inputs into the next stages of the TEO study areas scheduled to commence in January 2020:

North Pole amc have the metallurgy report and the updated drill results from 2018 under review now. Assume it's the metallurgy report next then the updated drill. Am guessing a couple weeks per report, total guess
