23/1/2020 17:23 | 'the British Amur Minerals ' That's us, isn't it ? | showercubicle
23/1/2020 16:32 | No buddy, further it reads following:An agreement of intent between the fund and the company was signed in early March. We are talking about financing a project to develop the Kun-Manye copper-nickel deposit in the Zeysky district of the Amur Region. The license for the extraction of copper, platinum, cobalt and other minerals belongs to Kun-Manye CJSC (the Russian daughter of Amur Minerals). A ton of Kun-Manier ore, according to the British corporation, contains 0.6% nickel, 0.16% copper, 0.01% cobalt, as well as platinum and palladium. Precious metals in a ton of ore contained a total of 0.13 grams. The resources of the deposit are 67 million tons of ore. Annual production may reach 6 million tons | qui quaerit reperit
23/1/2020 16:29 | Think this relates to the other amur minerals | nando01
23/1/2020 15:37 | Please correct me if I am wrong but I believe amc already got some MOU or something like this with Fed? I'll see if I can find it once I get some spare time. | qui quaerit reperit
23/1/2020 15:08 | MadE / NandoI agree with your points, on a slightly more optimistic note, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of getting a MOU from the RF/FEDev. re financial help for the road prior to TEO submission. We won't be the only ones using the road, logging companies will be extracting timber along a stretch of it so that could come at any time, which IMO would kickstart the share price into action. (Hopefully !) | flugelhorn
23/1/2020 14:49 | The next phase of the TEO is scheduled to begin this month so should we be expected the remaining reports imminently? These are apparently required for this next phase. | nando01
23/1/2020 13:55 | Spot on. 3 more reports being analysed by management before publishing.... think two of them are the important hands to get a strategic partner on board as a ticket to BFS, then government loans | madengland_
23/1/2020 13:18 | Thanks buddy:) | qui quaerit reperit
23/1/2020 12:16 | The loans are there for a viable business, they need to know that the loans will be repaid. Currently the viability of AMC is still yet to be proved ! Until such time (ie TEO/BFS are submitted) no loans will be forthcoming. | flugelhorn
23/1/2020 10:12 | Perhaps RY doesn't want to tied up with the Russian Government, think about what he'd be offering as collateral.... The mining licence.. Not forgetting that the road hasn't been designed, the land purchased or any other funding towards the mine secured. .I don't think the plan has changed, AMC want a takeover and won't enter into anything substantial prior to it | crazytowner
23/1/2020 10:03 | S0lis, I am not asking him to repeat himself:)I am asking why use crede and riverfoort instead of government loan? Option to start repaying a loan once in production is unbelievably great, so why not??? | qui quaerit reperit
23/1/2020 09:55 | What do you want RY to say? To repeat stuff he has already said and advised us of? | crazytowner
23/1/2020 09:54 | qqr Why is he going to repeat himself when it is on the website: "Specific components to the programme include Net Profit tax free periods, Metal Royalty Payment reductions and low interest loans allowing for the development of infrastructure related financial support to registered projects. For AMC, this is a substantial consideration as this includes support in the construction of the rail to mine access road and power access to any owner operated concentrate treatment facility." last couple of sentences before you get to the BOD. | s0lis
23/1/2020 09:01 | RY, please advise with regards to below? The company also provided the following preferences: Low loan rate for the construction of infrastructure facilities. This includes the construction of a 320 km road from the Ulak station to the work site and the construction of power lines to the location of the concentrate processing plant. The Far Eastern and Baikal Development Funds and the Far Eastern Investment and Export Agency assist the company in determining the financing of projects in China, Russia and Indiahttps://nedradv | qui quaerit reperit
22/1/2020 17:16 | Nodoe responding to earlier post. Being withheld or just under review. We've had the water and environmental reviews completed and communicated. We have metallurgical, rock and 2018 results to come now, as all have been received and are under review. Is RY holding back the 2018 results as conversations going on? Or holding back as it's his best hand.... we will see | madengland_
22/1/2020 17:07 | Without news of the road or decent finance . I think I might join Joe Bass on the other BB...and accept losing 50%. The share price would have to get to 3p for me too exit. It would be really great to get rid of this one and I wouldn't have to read the ramping nonsense anymore. | russian turnip farmer
22/1/2020 14:05 | Nodoe - agree totally spoke to Paul McK a few times and certainly he seems straight and honest. Effective, influential to the board and strategical competent I was left wondering. It's good to see the directors holding shares and the news you suggest would be a game changer. From dog to Phoenix | madengland_
22/1/2020 12:08 | I spoke with Paul Mckay and he seemed straight and honest...and he now has 60k in the Amc boat...lets hope for a great update soon | nodoe
22/1/2020 11:27 | NodoeI hope you're right. I see the usual culprits on LSE are denouncing Paul Mckay now. Having talked to him I would be very surprised if they are right, I wouldn't be that surprised if you are. I also wouldn't be surprised to see reserves update released with funding news | inaminute
22/1/2020 11:02 | The more this goes on, the more I am convinced this is being withheld because of Government involvement as it is way bigger than we thought....that's my theory anyway, can't see any reason to withold 2018 results for so long | nodoe
22/1/2020 10:39 | It is something very unusual, January almost over but amc events page got no details for this years coming events...no upcoming events? If yes then why??? | qui quaerit reperit
21/1/2020 21:21 | Ebomber is simply a liar, deceitful, fantasy hindsight trader. His posts have no effect on the Amur share price and simply show his desperation and frustration of Duxys factual posts on Tern.I'd recommend reporting the individual using the following:https://ww | crazytowner
21/1/2020 16:51 | That 1% drop was really dramatic! You are a first degree moron | northpole34
21/1/2020 16:43 | Ouch! With a placing now on the very immediate horizon some brave LTH's still hanging in here until the death. It always surprises me why shareholders do not direct their anger to the BoD's when a company continues in a death spiral. GLA | ebomber |
