Ebomber, nobody is expecting a challenging week.The fact that you keep going on about the Capex shows that you have absolutely no idea about mine financing..What people are interested in is that the board and new appointment Tom, loaded up at the end of last year and cleared the outstanding debt..They are not going to have done this unless they were extremely confident that :1. The share price had bottomed2. That there would be no more poor financing deals..In my opinion you clear a deal like Riverfort prior to entering into an agreement with an investor as they will want to be buying x% and not have that change every month..You stick to Tern, a company that has been operating for years, but has to keep raising finance as the sales are simply abysmal.

Interesting if a rally occurs this week before the placing announcement. Pull in a few mug punters first. AMC currently operating on the fumes of remaining monies.

How are AMC going to raise funds to build a 210 mile access road (a distance from London to Manchester)?

How are AMC going to raise funds to construct a mine and its infra-structure to begin to extract the resource before revenue generation can actually start?

How long after road construction and mine construction will it take for AMC to be cashflow positive?

How many AMC placings and associated dilutions WILL BE necessary to fund this venture when currently market capitalisation is a modest £15.6 million?

Inaminute, the type and grade road being built can be done in 6 months according to a mate who's a pretty senior royal engineer. While being built there is plenty they'd be doing on site with equipment taken out on ice road previous to build and choppered in. Funding and nickel price are our only issues, the rest stacks up

Virus outbreak in China back in 2003, in about 10 days they build a hospital, now I am seeing news that they will build a hospital in 6-7 days...Motorways they are building are much more complicated compared to the road amc needs because amc road will be only gravel road

I keep hearing comments about how long it's going to take to build the road, some saying 2 years, and that it will further delay production. China has been building 10,000 miles of motorway every year for the last 10 years, and is now in the process of building a 1000 bed hospital in 2 weeks (!) from scratch for the coronavirus patients. We don't need a motorway. I doubt they see our requirements as a problem.

Whilst I am still unhappy with the poor 10% for 1m, I cant help but think that there won't be any more equity placings coming to the market.And again, whilst I found the directors purchasing deal unusual, the question of why now?I maintain that there couldn't have been anything in the pipeline when they bought, but I do believe that 2020 is AMCs year and these lows won't be around for that long.That being said, I have added quite sizeable chunks and the Bid and Ask haven't moved, so there does appear to be a sizeable seller or the the market makers have a lot of stock

I believe a few people have been trying to get to the bottom of the small trades but aren't getting a response from official channels. It is strange. We seem range-bound at the moment, most of us have enough of these that we won't top up without news, nor sell after all this time and risk big news re reserves/funding dropping.

WITHIN NEXT 6 TRADING DAYS NEXT AMC PLACING ANNOUNCEMENT

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……"

NEXT PLACING THEREFORE NO LATER THAN END JAN 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.
