"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...……"

NEXT PLACING THEREFORE NO LATER THAN END JAN 2020



£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with less than £400k in Nov 2019.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the beginning of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

No good news for years, continued SH destruction by dilution, PFS 15 months late, zero feedback from the BOD, still no road and soon we need more money, share price under 2p with 845 million shares issued and a MC of £16million and you ask "Why should investors be concerned"

There's always a way around that if nothing signed and sealed, particularly, as we've been told, a number of organisations wanted further info. Anyway, until next RNS it's pure speculation so I'll just wait and see, certainly wouldn't wish to sell any at this point so the doom mongers are throwing their seeds on stony ground :-)

I wish I had that level of confidence and I hope that you are right, but the AMC board have zero credibility with PIs with respect to fund raising.. As I have said previously, the next good bit of information, resource or updated PFS will be to benefit the next funder. . If there has been any meaningful discussions happening then the board wouldn't have been able to buy shares at the end of last year.

They wouldn't have used some of the funds they raised to pay off the last lot, just to get into bed with a similar outfit next time. By the time we need it we'll have the reserves update and I expect a different funding model to take us to TAO and beyond.We'll no doubt get the AMC are going bust mob along shortly, I wish they'd be a little more imaginative. All a bit predictable and boring

QQR, you ask why should investors be concerned, well, I am an investor and I am.I purchased through agreements with lanstead, crede and Riverfort. Yet here we are at sub 2p having sold circa 10% for 1m to a mystery investor, followed by the board adding with an odd scheme. Like many others I am here for the takeover, but unreasonably dilutive agreements will reduce my reward and weaken the long term investors voting power.

Why should investor be concerned? I am interested in end result, not a temporary or day trading. If they have to raise funds they have to, but once amc get's sold the day traders will be very sorry for missing a boat...

Historic cash burn over the last 18 months together with AMC BoD's RNS guidance indicates end of Jan 2020 ------ cash runs out and need for next placing!

Placing announcement now within next 10 TRADING SESSIONS.

Don't be stupid and accept further imminent dilution at end of Jan 2020.

Sell now and buy back much cheaper in first week of Feb 2020, if you believe the story.
