28/6/2018 12:16 | Good to see the share price recovering a bit after that RNS. As you say why not put the two out together? | weegeordie
28/6/2018 11:58 | Mad, there are posters who come out of the wood work just to knock AMC down at times. Scare mongering and frightening weak holders. They get joy by doing that. I have never taken any notice of that. This share can become a 15/20/30 bagger with good news. I have not bought any shares nor sold any either. I have a substantial holding here. Been here a long time and plan to see this through. I just wish the BOD were a bit more honest with PI's. The elephant has gone through the door, there is only the tail left to go through. I am prepared to wait and see what transpires in the future. I think the BOD should have sent both RNS,s together. $2/4/5/7 Billion $ of stuff in the ground !! More to be added by this years drilling. Someone is sure to want to get it out. As always DYOR etc. GLA. | ![]() callmebwana
28/6/2018 11:23 | The study is leaving so many options open, which is great as it makes us appealing to many differing intentioned JV partners | ![]() madengland_
28/6/2018 11:17 | CMB - spot on. Lots of scaremongering yesterday on the back of the annual report. As you say today rns is a teaser of what we have to come. De tampers are playing to the fears we will go bust as RY has not delivered a funding deal or managed to raise a loan from a global investment bank. No surprise on the latter at this point, and we know RY believes the further he can take this project down the road alone, the larger the payout. With respect a JV or funding deal..... who knows what conversations are being had or when we will hear something. I personally suspect it's not as far off as some believe. The PFS is critical to that stage as we all know. Looks like the offtakes are not being talked about and one wonders their purpose. | ![]() madengland_
28/6/2018 10:18 | No one is discussing today's RNS ? They got the results from RPM and are going to include them in the PFS. Maybe we will see the PFS in the near future.Who knows? My openion re finance. They took the loan out with Riverfort in tranches because they thought they had option of finance with better conditions from another source. Maybe they still have,PI's are the last to know. Blue Chip Banks would not lend until they see the PFS. So what other finance deal are they going to do? That is the $64 question in my mind. What I would like to see is a J/V, T/O or a partner that gives AMC % of the profits. AIMHO of course. DYOR. PS.. EBETA of $2.7 to $3.7.Billion. Just on the Nickel ! What about the Copper? RY is talking about a separate Copper mat, if it can be done. This does not include PM's until they have their own smelter. | ![]() callmebwana

27/6/2018 20:48 | JGHALE: "In today’s report reference was made to the possibility of the company failing to continue trading without further induction of money.......has this ever been suggested before?" I'm pretty sure this has been in almost every set of financials the company has ever put together. It's required by the auditors and the LSE if the company does not have the cash to meet its budget for the next 12 months. Usually, people who follow the company know this qualification will be there and don't react. It is common for exploration companies. I can only suspect that the issue this time is the size of the gap, as well as the lack of progress on the PFS and the fact they have not engaged a credible advisor to prepare the company for an exit. Medea is not credible in doing a deal for a Russian asset. | rogerhouston
27/6/2018 20:44 | Try this for size;"At the date of the approval of these financial statements, an amended convertible loan facility has not been agreed and there is no legally binding agreement in place relating to alternative funding. There can be no certainty that further advances or other funds will be forthcoming in the required timescale which indicates the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast doubt over the Group's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Group was unable to continue as a going concern." | reggie123 |
