I like the rns plus the terms and feel confident going forward....but imagine discussing this with yer mates after 10 beers at midnight...

I hope most of you guys have read this para and taken on board the content as to just how important this is to us as AMC shareholders.

The completion of the ice road represents an achievement of one of the milestones required under the financing agreement entered into by the Company on 13 February 2018 for the subsequent advance of a loan. Other milestones required are the completion and announcement of the resource update, updated open pit design, the open pit / underground trade off study and the updated pre-feasibility project economics, all of which milestones the Directors believe will be completed prior to the date that the Company exercising its option to give notice for a further loan advance. Two further milestones to be met are that the total daily traded value for the 30 days prior to the second advance date is greater than the total daily traded value for the 30 days prior to the initial advance date, and that the VWAP of the second advance date is 50% greater than the VWAP on the initial advance date.

Amur Mineral is not listet at Eastern Economic Forum. You do not serch for investors, why? The Kremlin knows nothing about Amur Minerals Road ro the railroad station. What company will build the road. No plans for powerplants, no water no workers...

I think a good rns will double a share price now and a very good rns could see us on 130-170% rise,you can just see how share price is ready to explode...:)

The wide price will do marvels for this share price, it always looks at if it is being manipulated and the buyers are paying over 5p and will keep coming.

The share price drop on the back of the funding news has helped here.... makes the vwap milestone easier. I also suspect the share price was kept low to let RiverFort in at a low price. I also suspect the plan is to have sold this or have a major JV on board to pay off the loan within a year. RiverFort will make a heap of cash on their warrants.
