Just listened to the Vox Market interview Tad, everything makes sense and this deal is not destructive like Crede. As RY said, the longer we remain independent, the more we are worth, and with nickel prices shooting up and stocks depleting we really are the right product, in the right place at the right time.

To unhappy shareholders, if you would be interested in using your share holdings voting rights to...

1) Vote-in a policy whereby the BOD receive a percentage of their salary in shares,
2) Remove RY from the BOD

Please make a post with the action you support, so I can add you to the list

The Current list of holders in favour of the Partial-Salary-Payment-In-Shares policy are

Ducatti(and my sister)
Moneyman64
SchachMeister123

Remove RY from BOD.
Ducatti(and my sister)

Yes... I am happy to vote for whichever of the two seems within reach.

We are now level on the day, hopefully the weak holders have now been removed and we can steadily rise back to sensible levels leading up to the PFS.

My pleasure Logan. There is a wealth of experience on this board. Bwana is great for TA and some great company insights. 1l1l1l also some really useful perspectives on this investment case. Tad likewise plus lots research in the local tongue. Also I am happy to pass on any of my sons A level business studies stuff like below. Don't be phased by the big numbers, same rules apply. But IRR and DCF would help your understanding. Good luck

Loganair, unfortunately that's the way they can be, any perceived negative comments against AMC is taken to heart, even if it has merit.

This is the first time that anybody has ever filtered me, just because I'm putting forward a justified opinion that is opposite to theirs and not because I'm being rude etc.

I've have always thought it positive that both positive and negative views are posted for the information of others.

I can be positive about a share and still post negative comments or viz-a-versa be negative about a share and post positive comments.

On this board I've been putting across basically the same opinion, that Amur share price is going no where until either a JV or take over is announce.

It seems to me that the sudden and substantial drop in the share price after the loan was announced says a great deal.

mad - It is OK for the likes of BHP and other large mining companies who can afford the high initial capex or are able to borrow at a good rate of interest and are able to pay down the loan.

This short term loan puts us firmly at the table to get the whole project finished. By the time we need to payback the share price will either be 30p plus or more likely much bigger long term funding will be nailed, allowing payback. A few million warrants is a small price

Logan, in business people look at something called the internal rate of return. Mines have a high initial capex, with banks requiring a 5-7 year pay down. With tax benefits also helping, this will stack up to be bought out at around a billion, plus capex.

Just putting the other side of things as too many on this board seem to only see the positives of the billions of pounds that is in the ground, however very little is mentioned how Amur are going to pay to get all this stuff out of the ground and to market.

Loganair whats your purpose posting all negativity? You hold any shares or just got nothing to do?

Market Cap £30mln and hundreds of millions, maybe as much as a £1bln needed to get the mine into production and stuff out of the ground.
