That's great. It mentions a Chinese company being interested in something?

Thanks for sharing. Looks as though things are still moving along in the background and its taking a bit of time to line the ducks up.

Two days after the below article in russian press....Employees of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Amur Region and management of the Amur Investment Agency met with representatives of the mining company ZAO Kun-Magnier, a subsidiary of Amur Minerals Corporation. The meeting discussed the forms of state support for infrastructure in the construction of a metallurgical plant."Now the company is completing a detailed exploration of minerals in the field" Kun-Magnier ". And for the processing of the received ore, a mining and processing complex is needed nearby. In the future, it is possible to build a metallurgical plant. According to the plan, the capacity of the plant will be 6 million tons of ore per year. For such a large project, it is planned to build more than 300 km of roads to connect the field and the existing transport infrastructure, "said Randolph Lewis, president and head of Russian projects at Amur Minerals Corporation.

In the Amur region they plan to build a metallurgical plantLarge deposits of minerals have been found in the Zeya district Amur region. They are planned to be extracted from the bowels for processing at a metallurgical plant. Servicing the enterprise will employ more than 1200 employees. The Chinese company became interested in the development of ore."Today the project is under consideration in the government of the region, it is likely to be included in the priority list," said Pavel Puzanov, head of the Amur Investment Agency. The annual volume of processed ore may amount to 6 million tons. In addition to tax deductions, the project is attractive to the accompanying construction of roads in the extreme north. Until now, only gold miners had been working in the Amur taiga, and the routes between settlements were sometimes closed for months. To reach the "big land" local residents can regularly only through the Baikal-Amur Mainline. The investor promises to rebuild around 300 km of modern roads and a new residential sector

Interesting bit is that they don't tell us names, who are investors, with whom working etc...
But everything looks like they are talking about us...300km road,1200 employees, and 6m tons...
