I think we would all be happy to see the share price back in the 40p range and higher. Was a great shame to see the share price slide back to where we are today. I thought that rise was the start of something special. Alas....i was wrong.K

Normally I would expect from guidance from the BOD on how to vote, but they have been silent. I think a lot rests on the Far East Development making an announcement early September that will financially benefit the CAPEX of AMC.
It would be very helpful if Robin could give us some guidance on the future of AMC and in particular its cash needs. As Bwana says, many would be interested in a Rights Issue. I think the next couple of weeks will decide if this company will make it within 12-18 months. Should something major be announced, I would be surprised if we don't see 10p+ with a slow climb back to the 40p range. All IMO of course.

A RIGHTS ISSUE. (Where exsisting share holders are offerd shares).

What the BOD should have done in the first place.RY knew he had a good following of
shareholders.I am sure he would have raised the full £12 Mil. From us lot.
He has only had £7.4 Mil from CREDE so far.He has given away more than half the Company for that amount. They are planning to give 200 Mil shares more??That won't give them enough money either. Then perhaps another 200 MIll? AMC would then be trading at 0.5 a share or less.
You have seen what CREDE do. Dump the shares and get free warrantes.
I hope this helps.
ATB.

Can someone help explain what the alternative is if we vote against Crede? Conscious it all has seemed a nightmare and probably not worked out as expected but where does the cash come from if not Crede.Surely if there were alternatives these should be explained in order for us to make a judgement before voting Serious question

I do agree with Madengland that AMC are doomed without crede, there's not enough finance to see the DFS to completion, no other finance on offer either plus crede help finance BoD wages. Dammed if you do damned if you don't IMO atb

There's very little hope here now, AMC have stopped giving out meaningful news regarding upto date financing, PIs are just making things up as they go along. I can see the Russians taking back the license back (small print regulations) AMC look to be embarrassing Russia now IMO
