The company have managed to manoeuvre themselves into an extremely precarious position. Can only think that RY is piling as much of his increased salary into his pension pot readying himself to put his feet up....and at who's expense?

Only a lose lose situation hereCompleting the Crede deal = decimate the spVoting Crede out = no funds to complete the dfs / decimate the spIf this was such a fantastic find then why have amc only raised money through "loan sharks"?Why aren't directors buying shares in the open market? In the whole scheme of things, amc are insignificant and I'm still of the opinion that due to the Russians will revoke the licence when the time suits them

Selftrade don't appear to be listing a corporate action either, will have to call them and see what they say. I hope there is time to get my vote in.

The very high level of risk at AMC is proven by the lack of finance being offered by anyone else IMO

Crede are very bad for the share price (investor) but good for AMC (paying BoD wages) IMO

Madengland, your investment is getting desperate now, it's time to pack it in when your trying to vote out the only finance supporter to AMC, there's no other finance on the table. The Koreans that's a laugh IMO

Lol multi moniker roofer and his agenda and nonsense. I hold and post with conviction. I think peeps can see the disingenuous one..... Short term the share price is a voting machine, in this instance a tad rigged with Crede, long term it's a weighing machine. Asset, economics and all that stuff you don't understand or post on Doofer

Nando01. Thanks for that.

Anyone who is not going to the AGM and wishes to vote, should get in touch with their broker and ask for a PROXI form. They can vote by proxi on your behalf.
(There is a charge from the broker for this service).
I will be voting the same as Nando by proxi, as I will be out of the country.
I ask every share holder to vote, as they please.
Don't forget CREDE will be voting YES with their share holding.
We have been mugged by the BOD and CREDE.AIMHO.
If VAST share holders can do it so can we.
ATB.

Just to anyone with Halifax that wishes to vote, I contacted to advise I hadn't received a corporate action from them.

They stated that AMC had not advised them of the meeting. I gave the person I spoke to details of how I wised to vote, which is yes for the first two and no for the last three, and they are to contact AMC and register this with them directly.

I would advise all who hold an account with Halifax to do the same.
